My husband and I were very pleased with the producer suite. Chosen mostly for the in-room whirlpool tub. The room featured a large bathroom with a dual head glass enclosed shower, HUGE whirlpool, separate toilet, and lit vanity. The room had a king size bed, desk, dresser, two flat screens, small fridge, couch, chair and ottoman. The second best feature aside from that tub was the gigantic floor to ceiling, wall to wall window with gorgeous view. The room was quite clean and we will absolutely request again. The drawbacks in the room: no microwave, no real bathroom vent in the shower/bath area, and no Keurig. The coffee pot was a small, one cup, tea bag like tray system- which was actually very good but the room only had a couple packs of regular coffee and we had to ask for more a few times by catching housekeeping. I’d have preferred bringing my own Keurig pods. If you’ve been to Foxwoods you know how everything else operates- several casinos, plenty of restaurants (unfortunately not many gluten free options), outlets, etc. We were surprised by a snow storm on our last night and ultimately extended our stay. The hotel and casinos (aside from one) closed for the day. It was not clear if and when they’d reopen. We were again surprised when everything opened back up around 6-7 that night. We’re assuming this was due to storm but communication lacked here. The casino, stores, coffee shop (it was open for a little while) and even bathroom was closed on the first floor of The Fox Tower. We totally understand snow happens- no big deal- the communication was the issue here. For those of you visiting and needing Gluten Free options- Hard Rock has a small GF menu, California Pizza offers a GF pizza (which was good), and one sports type bar/eatery offered a GF burger (I didn’t eat there). Lastly, front desk staff was friendly and kind. We were able to check in early and extend our stay. Overall, it was a great trip and we will stay there again.

Called room service for dinner - no answer. Called hotel front desk to ask if room service is open. They say Yes, I'll transfer you - again no answer. I go ride downstairs to buy food. They require and ID to charge to the room - new to me. I have to go back to my room and return. The music is outside by the pool is audible in my hotel room at 7am - it's 36 degrees outside - no one going to the pool. The internet speed in my room is slower than dial-up. I now need to go find a place to have a Zoom call this morning - the connection in my room is too slow to hold a video call. The coffee in the room is heinous. Room service in the morning (they answered!) wanted to charge me $13 for a cup of coffee and told me, instead, to go right now to the lobby coffee shop. I went. They weren't open. I returned the the coffee shot 7am and there were ten people in line with a slow-motion employee behind the counter. The hotel room is dark and dank and old. Do not come here. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Overrated does not begin to describe it.

I’m the the one to tend to write reviews about anything, but this time I felt like I had to. We rented a room at the Fox Tower we noticed there was mold above the shower head when we were taking a shower. I went to guess services and reported it. They changed us from room and gave us a discount great right. We thought our issues were resolved. When we get in the shower again another mold issue. Before we check out we tell them once again we were not happy with the room again. Showed them again where mold was at and customer service rep tells me they would waive the $25 resort fee. Requested for manager was told to leave my name and phone number and as soon as they inspect the room they will contact me with and update in a couple of hours. Almost the end of the day and no one has contact me. Called to get an update and get directed to a voicemail to get a call back. I am very disappointed with the cleanliness and customer service. Mold is a big concern specifically for the amount of money we are paying for a room. I will definitely not be staying here again.

We have stayed at The Tower on weekends and holidays in the past and enjoyed having the great selection of restaurants, gym hours, etc. Not sure if it was due to the pandemic or if it was normal for a weekday but the gym closed at 2pm. (I guess a resort fee of $25 does not buy much.) The buffet, which we always looked forward to, has been replaced by a Bingo venue! One of the restaurants did offer a buffet breakfast but it had disappointing choices. Better off paying a La carte.

We generally stay off-site when coming to visit the casinos but we decided to stay here since they were having a sale. The check-in was okay, the staff was nice enough & accommodated a room floor request. The room - upon entry it smelled like smoke and odor. The smell lingered during our stay. The room was old and run down. The furniture was outdated and scuffed up and stained. The large TV was nice even though some channels didn't work (No signal). The fridge wasn't cleaned as we came across someone else's stuff. We could hear noise in the hallway but thankfully our sleep was peaceful. The shower was nice and spacious and the bed was good. The "resort fees" you get charged for nonexistent internet and a dirty coffee maker are not attractive. If there's a sale, it might be worth your while, otherwise, stay elsewhere.

The room was very large and very nice. The hotel also is very nice. The price as well as the checkin left a lot to be desired. Pretty expensive and then they add a $25 resort fee. $25 for what? Check in took forever. The line was around the lobby at 4PM and they only had 3 workers checking people in. Crazy. Finally, it is a bit annoying to have to traipse through the casino to get to the hotel elevators. Those things aside, it was a comfortable stay with great views from the room.

We are here for a wedding and I waited 40 minutes to valet park then went inside and waited another 30 minutes to get to front desk only to be told that they had NO ROOMS. I am now waiting for a call/text when a room becomes available. These are hard block reservations for a wedding. WTF!? We have people who need to change before this wedding and now are wondering what to do. Foxwoods is a disaster and all I can say is I will never be coming back here again. Absolutely awful!!!

We stayed one night at The FoxTower because we were going to a concert at The Premier Theater inside Foxwoods. It was great to walk back to our room after the show instead of having to drive to a hotel, take a shuttle or Uber. Everyone we dealt with at The Fox Tower was friendly, polite and professional. We used the vallet parking when we arrived and it was easy & fast. The check in was also super fast. We were on the 20th floor and had a great view. The room was very quite and we heard nothing all night long. We got a great nights sleep. The bed & pillows were awesome. I slept till 9AM and normally I can't sleep past 7AM. The walk in shower has a duel head, great water pressure and never ran out of hot water. There are 2 grip bars in the shower. The mini frig was already on when we got there and worked great. The Fox Twer was super clean. Leaving with the Vallet took less than 5 minutes. We will return to The FoxTower. BONUS: My wife likes to shop. I hate shopping. As we walked through the Tanger Outlets I saw a Levi's store. I have been buying the same style of Levi jeans for many many years and they are hard to find. I walked in and asked if they had the style I wanted and the friendly women there said they did not carry them in the store. As I turned to walk out she said she could order them for me and all jeans are 40% off and free shipping. I bought 2 pairs of jeans. By the time I got home the next day I got an email they had shipped.

Where’s the shuttle????!!!!!! How can physically challenged, the disabled, the elderly expected to get around if everything is on foot? They are not close to each other! To pay all this money and see shops closed, restaurants closed or on limited hours .,. Really sad!

I booked a stay here as a surprise for someone as I have heard nothing but good reviews about the hotel. Valet was okay I asked if I can leave a birthday gift in the car and just get my keys back later to grab the gift after so the person wouldn’t see their gift and I was told I had to take it because I can’t get my keys back ? Um okay. Front desk lady was very rude as well, I was talking with someone in front of the “waterfall” so we couldn’t hear her well and she yelled out “hello” then apologize to the couple at the end of the check in counter for supposedly yelling. I don’t know what her issues was or if it was because I am on the younger side but there was no need for her to be rude when I am a paying customer and was being very polite to her. Her name was Tracey so if you get her I suggest you wait for the next person. I paid my hotel deposit in cash so I wouldn’t need to have a pending charge on my card. I ask to pay the bill of the stay half cash half card as I was told I was able to over the phone when I called prior and she rolled her eyes and said I couldn’t do that. The hotel room was okay but bathroom had mold stains on the shower and faucet. Someone then knocked on the door at 10 am when checkout is at 11 then stood quite there until the door was closed and walked away. I was just glad to be leaving I, get home and see that they STILL charged my card for the deposit even though I payed in cash to avoid any issues and when I called they told me I have to wait up to 10-20 business days to get drop charged and if not to call then which is so annoying because that is why I payed cash in the first place. Personally I won’t be staying there again.
