We went to Foxwoods in July. We stayed in the Grand Pequot. We got to our room where there was a sticker on the door saying "Foxwoods clean" We opened the door and saw right away that the table directly in front of the door near the window was filthy. It had something brown on it and rings from what looked like a glass. Next we noticed there was no remote for the TV. My wife had clorox wipes with us and she started cleaning. Next she saw that there was no soap, etc. in the bathroom. She called the front desk and they connected her to someone to bring us a remote. Then she was connected to housekeeping. While waiting for the remote and the housekeeping supervisor to come, she continued wiping all surfaces, light switches, etc.. The counter between the TV and table had crumbs on it. The counter over the safe/fridge had marks and rings on it. She wiped the door handle for the closet and the wipe CAME OUT BLACK. A guy brought the remote. A few minutes later a lady came who said she was the housekeeping supervisor. My wife showed her the black wipe which she took with her. My wife asked if the bedding was changed since the room didn't even look like it was cleaned at all. She gave us her word that it was and claimed she stripped it herself. She said she would show the wipe to "her", but no apology. Foxwoods clean apparently didn't mean anything. We just got back from a stay in August. The room was very clean.

We stayed here after we were left without power after the storm. I was a little nervous about going to a casino considering Covid but the hotel and casino really did a great job to try and keep everyone save. Mask worn by all, ample hand sanitizing stations throughout. When we went to the tanger outlets to get back to the casino there was an area where you had get your temp checked before entering the casino. It was good to see! I wish the pools and spa we’re open but we absolutely understand why they weren’t. My husband enjoyed the fitness center as well. My only complaint was that we could not stay another day because they were booked up. The room was beautiful, the view was spectacular! Super clean and modern. We will absolutely be back when the pools and spa are open! Can’t wait!

We stayed three nites at the Grand Pequot Towers. Things have changed to check in the line was back to the elevators and no more vallee parking so you have to park in the parking garage take the elevator to the casino level then down to the lobby. Only four people in the elevator at a time. Your temperature is taking when you get off the elevator from the parking garage. Our room was nice - Housekeeping changes your towels but not the bed -I had to make it up my self. Our last nite there the bed was changed - I did call Housekeeping Maybe be that is why it was changed! We also got room service - took about 45 minutes they can not bring it in to your room anymore. It was good but costly. A nice place to stay.

The hotel was really nice, the staff was friendly and helpful I definitely plan on coming here again when everything opens back up. We stayed in the corner suite which was beautiful and if you get a suite you get VIP check in so you don’t have to wait in line.

been going there for years. recently i've seen the machines that i play on a regular basis hardly payout. Is it because of the limited opening the machines have been "tuned" down. Finding the beverage staff is also rarer.
