Stayed for business at this hotel with all my children. I expect a lot from this hotel such as good atmosphere, clean rooms, and good food. Breakfast is good with variety of food. It tastes good too. So this is up to my expectations. One thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. When I did yoga in the room, I found dirty floor around the bed (very dirty brown). there was even a toothpick in there. I was silent, until the third day of my stay. Everything else is fine

I stayed at the margo hotel to surprise my wife with a romanesque package which provided by the hotel, the room design with a romantic atmosphere and the candle light dinner made us very memorable, assisted by the service of (Ms.Ambar) who is very friendly and professional, my wife really likes the food which they served. breakfast in de margo restaurant with a variety of menu and the food is delicious, also the staff (Ms.Jihan) was very friendly and very helpful. the bar server (Mr.Fauzan) was very friendly as well and the beverages which he served was very delicious. because we're satisfied with the service and the warm hospitality of the team made us to stay 1 more night . overall was out of my expectation, with a good teamwork which they have and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. thanks a lot Margo Hotel Team ❤

Recently stay here on last weekend. Everything was perfect. Spacious room and bathroom. Room was comfort as well. Staff services overall great. Actually only Minor issue with the internet connection not strong enough. Overall stay was great.

Having an experience here, to organized a two days meeting for our gov' client. During the set up, we are so hard to coordinate with all the staffs: banquet team was really slow response and make us wait them almost till 3 am in the morning to make it all set well. On the first day of the meeting, the banquet team still slow response, sometimes we asked for an additional and got an extra charged for everything. After kept complaining to the sales in charge, the second day went better than the first day. Not all the staffs are polite, some of the answers to our questions was really annoying, but not all of them, need improvement on hospitality services. The room was good, but the air conditioning is not controllable, it is too cold, we have to ask to the operator to make it normal and they said it was a central conditioning, end up with turn the ac off during the night. I think the hairdryer in my room was broke, when i turn it on, the sound was strange and scary. please do regular check, i stayed on room 719 The good thing about this hotel is the food is delicious and tasty, during breakfast they have a various menu and surprisingly the lunch menu in the meeting package are also delicious. recommended! They serve it clean and safe, thank you.

One way to judge Hotel' performance is checking their service during hardship. This Hotel decides to remain open during corana outbreak, but with VERY POOR SERVICE. This place is LACK OF RESPECT TO CUSTOMER° First, my magnetic key not working, need to go back to reception desk! 2nd, i call them before go to the pool, and when i get there the Pool is horribly dirty! 3rd, upon checkout i asked them to register my parking ticket, but they failed and i need to -AGAIN- back to reception desk! These are UNACCEPTABLE, they need to double check everything before gp to customer.

Those who have jumped in a cab at Jakarta airport will tell you that getting into the city centre involves a painful crawl accompanied by 1000s of crazy motorcyclist. These swarm around cars breaking pretty much every rule in the highway code as they aim to get to their next destination. Or do some of them never stop? I was so relieved after my 150 min to reach the Hotel, located quite close to one of the universities that I was booked into. The Hotel is a large 18 story building dominating one side of the crazy busy street and facing a mall and supermarket. Today for £50 you can get a room there + Breakfast and if you need to be that side of the city I would say that’s a bargain. All the staff were really friendly; even the one that had an in depth discussion with me over what decaffeinated coffee is/was and why I thought it was strange that he and and his two reception colleagues were ignorant of this concept. I fear however that Welsh-Indonesian language crossed wires may have had a role to play in the confusion. In the end I gave up trying to get a cup of decaf at midnight but the barrista on the morning shift in the lobby café gave me a very nice cup of cappuccino DECAF! The room was clean but rather short on good quality towels . Mine had dried at least a few thousand people before me and were not exactly white anymore. But I was always dry after I used them; so they work. There is a small gym on the third floor and No towels or water there so bring your own. There is also a bar and swimming pool on the third floor and though I frequented the former I gave the later a miss on account of the number of screaming kids in there on the day in question .The bar will serve alcohol in the form of aqueous rubbish in the form of a lager- I have successfully remembered to forget the full name. But crap lager it had to be as you can’t pop down to the local bar for a beer. Local bars exist but none of the ones I looked at served beer- legally at least. The hotel bar closes at 10; that is unless you ask for a drink when the bar is ‘closed’ Waiting for the lift is painful, whether you want to go up or down. My reckoning for this, after quite some contemplating whilst waiting for the lift, is that no one uses the stairs that are difficult to find and on the other end of the hotel. So person going from lobby to first floor uses lift and the same for person going down to -1 or up higher to 2, 3, 4, 5………..to 18. I was on floor 12; great view though from floor 18. Fair play the lifts move quite fast when you are in them (sometimes in the wrong direction) but getting that thing to ping on your floor and open its door gets to be tedious. Breakfast was fine with a good choice of local or what you would find in an average large UK hotel. Only major problem is that the coffee machine was made on a Friday afternoon by someone eager to start the weekend. Once you press the appropriate button- latte, cappuccino etc-. it takes ages to first consider what it needs to do, then grind the beans and then make a coffee. Good coffee though. Wi Fi was great as was my bed & pillows. For £50 this is good and quiet – peace from street din is a must in Jakarta

Great hotel and value for money. Basically it is connected to largest mall in Depok area, only 20 meters walk outside to mall trough back side doors. No bar or night life but this is South Jakarta. Cinema on top floor on Mall. Good range of restaurants, caffess, brand shops in joining mall. Good breakfast. Good service, large nice view from hotel window, the window is really big so it is big so it is nice especially at night. Also across street cheaper Mall with phones,phone accessories, food hall, and clothing. Swimming pool on about 4th floor, not crowded, than again I stayed here few times and hotel has at least 200 rooms averyge ovupancy is only 1 tenth of possibilities. Great hotel to stay with famyily.

Like the title says - everything here to meet the needs of the business traveler. The room was large, big comfortable bed, desk and decent bathroom; and all was clean and well appointed. Absolutely no complaints. The food was reasonable, loads of variety including fresh fruit, and the espresso machines churn out a tolerable coffee. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Everything to like, and nothing not to like for a business stay. It is a little remote from the airport, it took over 1.5 hours in the jam as opposed to properties in the centre, which seem to take less time as one is travelling on motorways. It is right next to a mall, where you can find necessities in the usual range of local and international chains (Guardian, Watsons etc etc). Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
