I stayed at the margo hotel to surprise my wife with a romanesque package which provided by the hotel, the room design with a romantic atmosphere and the candle light dinner made us very memorable, assisted by the service of (Ms.Ambar) who is very friendly and professional, my wife really likes the food which they served. breakfast in de margo restaurant with a variety of menu and the food is delicious, also the staff (Ms.Jihan) was very friendly and very helpful. the bar server (Mr.Fauzan) was very friendly as well and the beverages which he served was very delicious. because we're satisfied with the service and the warm hospitality of the team made us to stay 1 more night .
overall was out of my expectation, with a good teamwork which they have and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

In order to attend our first child's graduation, my family and I stayed for 2 nights at The Margo Hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied and the food tastes delicious. The hotel rooms, service, location is excellent in Depok. Having an experience here, to organized a two days meeting for our gov' client.
During the set up, we are so hard to coordinate with all the staffs: banquet team was really slow response and make us wait them almost till 3 am in the morning to make it all set well. On the first day of the meeting, the banquet team still slow response, sometimes we asked for an additional and got an extra charged for everything.
After kept complaining to the sales in charge, the second day went better than the first day.
Not all the staffs are polite, some of the answers to our questions was really annoying, but not all of them, need improvement on hospitality services.
The room was good, but the air conditioning is not controllable, it is too cold, we have to ask to the operator to make it normal and they said it was a central conditioning, end up with turn the ac off during the night.
I think the hairdryer in my room was broke, when i turn it on, the sound was strange and scary. please do regular check, i stayed on room 719
The good thing about this hotel is the food is delicious and tasty, during breakfast they have a various menu and surprisingly the lunch menu in the meeting package are also delicious. recommended! They serve it clean and safe, thank you.

I was travelling solo and visiting University of Indonesia. This stay was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it. Service was great, friendly and very accommodating. Can be used for functions or events, breakfast was incredible, the buffet breakfast had a vast variety of Indonesia and western foods.

Stayed for business at this hotel with all my children. I expect a lot from this hotel such as good atmosphere, clean rooms, and good food.
Breakfast is good with variety of food. It tastes good too. So this is up to my expectations.
One thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. When I did yoga in the room, I found dirty floor around the bed (very dirty brown). there was even a toothpick in there. I was silent, until the third day of my stay.

Stayed here twice in November, each time for a week in a suite. The first visit was a higher floor and the pipes were a little noisy but the room itself was great, comfy bed, TV with watchable channels!, couch and desk, nice and powerful shower. Great view of the main road through Depok with mountains in the distance.
Nice selection for breakfast, pancakes and fruit being my go to! Friendly helpful staff. A huge plus for The Margo is being attached to the Margo Mall, with plenty of shops, and loads of places to eat. And nearly always taxis ready right outside.
Only faults - pool closes at 6 (maybe its later other times of the year), and no Sprite in the bar! and like many places the AC was a bit difficult to work! ooooh and waiting for the elevator :D But if you are staying in Depok this should be your choice.

I regularly visit the pool bar to relax and enjoy drinks and conversation with the friendly staff - Fauzan, Hosea, Munjiat, Indrah and many more. It is a nice place to unwind on evenings and weekends and one of the few places in Margonda that serve beer. Worth a visit if in town

Booked by the organizer to stay in the hotel for an event. The hotel building is enormous and conveniently attached to a nice mall with nice eateries. The front desk staff are polite and had a smooth check in experience. The room is spacious, with comfortable bed but slightly old deco. Found our after dinner that there is no ironing facility in the room. Called the room service around 9pm and they confirmed to deliver to my room soon. Unfortunately, I never receive it. Called again the room service to deliver the iron early next morning, and again they confirmed to deliver it soon, but nothing comes even till I check out at around 9am. First time since my school day that I wore badly wrinkled shirt. And to a very important international presentation as well!
