The 1807 House has four common rooms, six fireplaces, and four historic guest rooms with private baths, three with fireplaces. This was a beautiful place to stay. The owners were welcoming and friendly and we had a wonderful experience. Recommend for couples looking for a retreat. Easy drive into downtown Mystic but a quiet country place to come home to. Great WiFi for working remotely.

The inn is clean and equipped with all the amenities you would need. I especially enjoyed the jetted tub, it was very relaxing. The breakfast area surrounded by its stone foundation is one of a kind. The eggs Benedict and deep fried French toast were scrumptious. I also enjoyed the homemade smoothie! Jodie and Scott were great hosts.

The innkeeper was kind and gracious with accommodations we requested, as we added our son at the last minute. The room was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. The country setting was calming and beautiful.

This was such a beautiful relaxing retreat! We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the two person jacuzzi tub in our suite! Other helpful amenities included a large collection of DVDs, private balcony, and several seating areas inside and outside including a nice two person swing in the yard.

Our expectations were exceed! Such a wonderful couple who own the Inn. The pictures online do not do it justice as it is more beautiful in person! The homemade breakfast each morning were delicious and I would highly recommend this Inn to my friends and family! Look forward to our next trip back!

Stonecroft Country Inn is the most wonderful Bed and Breakfast. The Inn Keepers, Jodie & Scott Norton, are so warm, friendly, and very accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and the Inn, itself, is charming. We have visited four times over the past several years and everything is consistent...we have stayed in the Stonecroft Room, Lily Suite, and most recently the Sarah Suite. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub with the signature bath salts. heated towel rack, turkish towels and wonderful robes. I especially enjoyed having a hot cup of coffee sitting in a wingback chair, snuggled under a soft, comfortable throw in front of the gas fireplace. We love the dining room, with large stone fireplace and warm atmosphere. Breakfasts are absolutely delicious. Each morning, there is a different menu: Jodie's coffee cakes and muffins are extremely delicious. Scott's Pancakes and French Toast are to die for! There is plenty of fresh fruit. The Nortons understand that many people have special dietary needs and they are very accommodating. Every morning, the menu is different. Breakfast is served up piping hot. There are tons of things to do, on & off the property. Stonecroft is a short distance away from Mystic Seaport, Aquarium, Old Mystic Village, and Foxwood. There are many antique shops to wander through. The Norton's will be happy to give you some suggestions on many of the top restaurants in the area. We found a great bakery: "Sift." It is a "must" on our list. Mystic Pizza is another fun stop. Last but not least, we must mention Tanner, the Norton's dog. He is such a sweet boy that greets everyone. Stonecroft Country Inn is a special place to add on everyone's "Bucket List" of places to stay.…

After 10 years of being together, we got married in beacon falls, Ct & found the Stonecroft inn & it looked fantastic!! Well, fantastic is a great way to describe it, awesome wood beams, a fantastic porch looking at the garden, fire place & jacuzzi…wow….and a breakfast to boot

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The rooms were large, well decorated, and obviously just freshly painted with a wonderful soft color. However, the best part of our stay was the breakfast, it alone was worth the price of the room. Tom & Jane Sullivan

My husband and I have been to the Stonecroft Inn more times than I can count. It's our go to place when we just need to escape real life and relax. Jodie and Tanner (their adorable dog) always greet us warmly when we check in. The rooms are beautiful and clean and have large bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces and balconies. Scott cooks up an amazing breakfast every morning. There are wineries and breweries and lots of good restaurants all within a short drive of the inn not to mention Mystic and casinos. We love our getaways at the Stonecroft so much that we already have our next overnight booked!
