The room was great, spacious and calm. Bed was comfortable. The food was very good (except for the desserts-they need a new baker). The rooms our group used were ok, small and not easy to fit us in. We also blew the power at least twice and tripped the circuit, but the staff got it going again right away. Very...

We wanted to see the Northwest Corner of Connecticut so we stayed here. The resort is reasonably clean. There is nothing really special about the rooms but in the summer there is a pool and there is also access to the lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I thought it was a little expensive for what it was.

Want to give a BIG Thank You to Michelle, Teri and the entire Interlaken Inn staff. They made our Summit Mtg. a success! The group (55ppl) occupied the Inn the entire week of November 7th. The meeting space, the guest rooms, all meals including breaks were outstanding. Even though the Inn is located in a remote area of CT, (which...

This is a nice Inn in a lovely town in the gorgeous NW corner of Connecticut, where I recently stayed while on a foliage tour of New England. Not nearly as charming as other properties in the area, and, unfortunately, the Motel-ish look of the place proved to be a clue: it was noisy and the soundproofing very poor. All...

This Inn is situated on a beautiful road, nestled near an impressive private boarding school campus. My room was very spacious, warm, inviting and comfortable -- one of those rooms that I regretted only have one night in. It appeared the bathroom had been made over, or modernized, with a nice walk-in shower. I was here on business and I...

We are thankful to Winston who went the "extra mile" to organize lodging locally and recommend taxi and dining in a "sold out situation". It save the weekend for us and we were able to split our time between this wonderful location [best in the area] and a lovely local INN 10 minutes away.

We just returned from a 2 night stay at the Interlaken Inn, It was a great place to get away from it all. The room was comfortable and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not the fanciest but it was a perfect start to our day. The staff helped guide us on how to plan our...

Few full service choices in the area if you are attending skip barber school or Limerock. Pricy for what you get, minimal continental breakfast included, better choice for breakfast mountainside cafe 5 mins away.

This inn is in a beautiful setting, but would benefit from an update. Breakfast was mediocre. The restaurant was virtually empty while nearby restaurants were packed. It seems to cater to families visiting nearby schools and group events. It may be that there are not many other choices nearby. The highlight was the staff who were friendly, courteous and helpful.

First family get away of the year. As always The Interlaken Inn does not disappoint. Great room, great atmosphere and great service. We are always welcomed back like family and we are always made to feel like a VIP. The restaurant has enough variety for all different tastes and the food is AMAZING as well.
