Me and my family spent here two beautiful summer holidays, in 2021 and 2022. Stuff were vary pleasant and helpful. Every question and problem that we had, they helped us immediately. Second year they gave us better room than we paid for. Even though the hotel was almost full there was always enough free sunbeds and umbrellas, and beach wasn't crowded at all. Food was great. Definitely we are planing to come again, and we are looking forward.

The gulf is great. The nature all around is beautiful. The hotel building is new and the rooms are big and well decorated. There are provided enough places to park. And here is the end of the pleasant stuff. The fitness is ridiculous, the spa is closed even the hotel was full and it was the second of September?! The taverna was closed. At the beach there was option to order a few things, served in plastic or paper boxes. The sand of the beach was dirty just as the sun beds around the pool. The wi fi was poor. The food at the restaurant was awful! I couldn’t really imagine to be worse than it was! I wonder whether the breakfast or the dinner was worse! The breakfast was the same every day and the products were cheap and low quality. The dinner- if you are a fan of quantity, not quality, you will be satisfied. We couldn’t find something tasty, even the fruits weren’t sweet. And finally, but important is that for pity the price is really for 5 star hotel and the sense is like you were in 2 star. My family would not repeat!…

Briefly, at the tavern works very strange and crazy staff. They pass by you as they don’t see you, nobody comes to take your order for half an hour. One very rude and unpolite blond woman repeat several times “you will wait”. She began even shouted to us. She refused to take our order so we couldn’t have lunch. This attitude is really unbelievable and unacceptable for any hotel, it doesn’t matter the number of the stars. The only people who really works good in this hotel are Bulgarians. Very polite. I don’t think that we can come back here ever again or recommend the hotel to friends. I really hope that after we spoke to the manager cases like this will not happen again.

The room was spacious with a nice view. Beach and swimming pool ok. Staff was friendly. The problem was the food. Both breakfast and dinner buffet below average Tried also the taverna which was also mediocre. Spa was not working. Facilities not for a five star hotel

We were two couples that visited for a week in mid August. Briefly, this is not a 5 star hotel. It is a solid 3.5-4 star hotel. It's main shortfall is that it doesn't have sufficient facilities capacity to accommodate the number of guests when at full reservation status, which is what we experienced. By facilities I mean, beach umbrellas, poolside chairs and even the breakfast/dining buffet area where it was common to have lines of people waiting to get coffee or add food on their plates. Having said that, the staff courtesy and efficiency was very good. I would like to recognize Elena (reception desk) as well as Vasiliki and Stefanos at the dining room. And of course Chef Pasxalis who offered a great variety of foods every evening.

If you think that 5star/but on tripavisor and booking they lost one..4 now..but it is 3 for shure/Everting is dirty,sunbeds was white,now brown..Towels for the beach wait for 1-2 our,towels in the room every second day/you must dry it.Maid dont speak no langue except bulgarian..nevr clean under bad..never..floor only with tip ..terrible..Shampoo,coffee,tee..nothing..600 hundred steps to room..Food,everyday same..Same,same,same..Here is all inclusive but only if you are from Slovakia or Poland!?Why..??? Beach on site they write sand,but only out of water,if you try to go in there is slippery stones... And air conditioning indoor is not working/saving money,you paid but NO/...tv,air conditioning in room everyday problem because the electricity goes out 30 times every night...Yes here is something good,untouched nature around the hotel..And be ready on mosquitoes, flies and wasps just about everywhere..for bottled water 0.7 you pay 4€...you don't get anything like in other hotels per day..Water!?My family experience is this is the worst hotel "with 5 star"...Thats all I do not wont to remember..Its like survival..…

Nice island to spend your summer vacation along with your family, with crystal clear waters, blue sky an hot weather. Most of the beaches are large enough to be able to play with toodlers or children's and on the populated areas you have the possibility to get a sun umbrella with two sun bed's for 10 or 8 euro in Skala Potamia/ Crisi Akti ( Golden Beach) There are a lot of nice taverns or bars were there are Greek nights party's with nice live music and tasty food.

This place is fantastic! Amazing hotel, beautiful beach with lots of snorkeling attractions, with all necessary facilities, excellent food especially in the tavern, very good breakfast, high cleanness but more important so friendly, supportive and fast responsive staff as well as management. Very spacious rooms with great view at the sea. We loved the place and would gladly come back.

A very nice resort. We spent 8 days and nights with ultimate comfort. The rooms are cosy, the sea is crystal clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful, all essential facilities needed for a peaceful vacation are available, the cuisine is quite satisfying - and, the a la carte versions are delightfully delicious. Great resort! I went with my friends last month. The hotel was nicely located and it was isolated, so a good holiday is guaranteed. The food in the tavern is very nice, especially the gyros! The beach is one of nicer ones on the island and it has quite a few water activities. Overall I highly recommend if for a great stay! 10/10
