We have stayed at Dimitra Studios for many years when we travel to Greece. We enjoy our beautiful room with everything we need to remain for a week. Our room is very comfortable and clean with two lovely balconies. Dimitra Studios is conveniently located with a nice walk to our favorite restaurant and a well-supplied grocery store. Also within walking distance are beautiful, quiet beaches. Tonys, the owner, is very kind and responsive to any requests. We look forward to our return next year!!

We have stayed at Dimitra Studios for several years (See previous reviews). This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely, well-maintained setting. This year we were able to stay on the second floor for the first time. Our room was lovely......well-equipped so we could cook if we wanted, comfortable furnishings and two balconies with great views!! To top it off the price is very reasonable. We will be back in the spring!!

We stayed in the biggest apartment (suitable for a family of 5 people) located in the upper floor, altough we're a family of 3 people. It has a veranda under a big bouganville which prevented the light to enter into the room. The biggest room consists of a kitchen, double bed and single bed and a separate room with two single beds. The problem is that the wardrobe is not enough for 3 people, I cannot imagine how you can manage with 5! The kitchen is well equipped but the support surface is not enough to prepare a meal. The apartment was cleaned everyday and bed sheets change is very frequent. The owner and his son who runs another facility in the city centre are very helpful. The furniture is quite old fashioned, warbrobe is definetely needed. Kastraki beach is located 10 minutes walk distance, but if you want to reach one of the most beautiful and not crowded beach of the island in August you can walk along the path on your left side. internet is working too many mosquitos, because of the beautiful garden anyway my advise is almost positive.…

This is our second visit to Dimitra Studios. It is easy to understand why so many guests return year after year. The rooms are large, clean, fully-equipped for cooking and very comfortable. The beautiful garden patio is a perfect place to eat and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Tony and his family are friendly and responsive to any requests. They go out of their way to make sure your visit is a good one. Beautiful beaches and good restaurants are within walking distance. The price of the room is quite reasonable! We highly recommend Dimitra Studios.

We have had another lovely holiday at Dimitra Studios, Kastraki. The hosts are very pleased to help to make your holiday as good as it can be. Good beaches and good restaurants are close at hand. The area is fairly quiet and peaceful for a relaxing holiday away from the City and it’s busy bars and restaurants.

My wife and I together with 2 friends stayed at these studios in June and, as always, we all enjoyed an excellent holiday. Over the past 20 years or so we have visited approximately 10-15 Greek islands staying in at least 15-20 studios and Dimitra Studios is most definitely amongst the very best we have stayed in.The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, situated in a very peaceful area of Naxos and close to several tavernas, two of which are rated amongst the best on the island. In our experience all guests (from 'oldies' like us down to families with young children) are made extremely welcome. We have no hesitation in recommending them for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

We have booked our eighth visit to Dimitra Studios, Kastraki, Naxos, Greece for June 2018. We always find a very friendly welcome at these studios from the very attentive hosts, where the accommodation is clean & well serviced with all the normal facilities one expects in Greek studios. Kastraki is well away from the bustle of Naxos City & there is a nice beach about 10 minutes walk away. There are also three good tavernas within easy walking distance, one of which has regularly featured at the top of Tripadvisor best Naxian Restaurants. Booking is advised. There are a number of other good beaches & tavernas a short drive away. For a relaxing value for money holiday it is well recommended.

Positives: Clean, well kept property and accommodation with rooms cleaned and towels and bed sheets changed regularly. Pretty setting in a remote location. Air conditioning works well and the mosquito screens on the windows enable you to leave the windows open at night if you prefer. Ample washing line to hang clothes out to dry. Hand soap in the bathroom and washing up liquid at the kitchenette sink provided along with a sponge and tea towel. Negatives: The 2 electric rings were right next to the drainage board of the sink, which is very impractical to use. No indoor table or space to prepare food, unless you count the ledge marking out the kitchenette area. Sheer curtains in the bedroom meant light came into the room very early in the morning. Really need blackout curtains. Many reviews on here mentioned how friendly and helpful the owners were, which played a key part in my choosing this place to stay for a 2 week family holiday. Unfortunately my children were made to feel very unwelcome and we felt extremely uncomfortable staying here. Admittedly on one occasion my youngest threw a tantrum and caused more noise for the guest below us than he should have done (we apologised and ensured there wasn't a repeat) but other than that my children's behaviour was pretty fantastic. Unless your children are mute little robots 100% of the time I'd encourage you to consider choosing elsewhere. I did hear other people's children blowing whistles, kicking around a ball, screaming, shouting, playing and doing other normal 'kid' stuff. I'm not sure if anything was said to the parents but for my own kids, they became almost scared to smile as the grumpy faces and harsh voices of the hosts gave them nightmares. …

Our week-long stay at Dimitra Studios was wonderful. The studio was very clean, fully equipped, a good size and lovingly tended by the staff. We had a beautiful patio. We were within walking distance of beaches, a great grocery store and a fantastic restaurant. The studios were very quiet and the price was quite reasonable! Hosts were attentive and welcoming. We will be back!!

I spent about 10 days in Naxos island and stayed there all of them. The studios are nice and equipped with kitchenette for cooking. Also, my room had a beautiful view to the sea from the private veranda.
