Stayed for 4 nights. No issues, great price. Room has all you need. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Just off I 95 - Quick trip to new haven. No frills but very comfortable. Helpful , courteous, private.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed a weekly hotel and was recommended Tower Inn. I got a very nice room including a microwave and small fridge. You have everything you need including an iron and ironing board. Problems got fixed quickly. Everything is clean and I got more towels than I needed. More than I expected.
Family owned and operated, basic accomodations for a great price for CT Shoreline, great location in between Madison and Guilford. I prefer standard room with microwave and fridge, but I've stayed in suites with full kitchen and living room too.
it costed $459 for two nights but it was worth a double bed room that was very clean and well maintained. the staff was very friendly and eager to help at all hours. this place is worth staying at ! please visit this place when you get a chance
Bait-n-Switch. Pay for suite with 2 king beds at Tower , and moved to standard room with 2 standard beds next door at Comfort inn. The owner lied and said our room was unavailable due to plumbing issues. Which happen days ago, so he knew about it. but did not notify us. then charged my credit card at the Tower as if we were staying there. Than said he contacted the Comfort inn and made all the arrangements and he will pay for any difference in price. I googled comfort inn, there was no difference. And I found out he owns both. So he lures you in for a suite with two king beds for $115, only to move you into Comfort inn standard room with 2 standard beds which also costs $115. He never intended to sell us a suite with two king beds. He never told us he owned both. The front desk told us when I asked. I asked why would comfort inn let us stay here when the Tower charged my credit card? We showed up to check in at 4:35 pm on a Friday night in the summer at the shore. Where else were we suppose to go at that point? Owner lied about room being unavailable, and that he contacted the other hotel. He is the other hotel. Bait-n-Switch. Lies and deceitful. Owner also was not wearing a face mask upon check in. I called to ask for a refund and he hung up on me. awful service.…
