Relaxing weekend away from the city life. Great experience and wonderful staff. The breakfast was very nice that included continental breakfast with eggs and bacon or sausage. Stood in room 14 was very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and room. Will definitely come again.

We recently stayed at the Stanton Inn and we thought it was absolutely lovely. We had a room on the first floor in the back withe our own private entrance as well as our entrance to the main quarters. The room was very nicely decorated with a antique secretary and bed and a wonderful, comfortable mattress. The room looked out...

A lovely old Connecticut Inn on a leafy road along with other large properties and is about 15 minutes walking distance of the main shopping street. Tastefully decorated and well maintained. Quiet and restful. Enjoyed eating breakfast looking out over the garden and my peaceful time by the pool. This Inn is on a fairly busy road but is set...

Clean, comfortable rooms, with great service. The breakfast served was delicious, and the pool area was very quiet & relaxing. The location is an easy walk to Greenwich Ave shops & restaurants. Will definitely return / recommend.

This week we returned to The Stanton House for a getaway. It turned out to be an especially challenging week. With record high temperatures and thundershowers each evening, it might have been less than ideal conditions almost anywhere else. But, the staff at The Stanton is truly exceptional. The rooms are lovely, with classic furnishings and modern comforts (like a.c...

Friendly owners, beautiful, spacious, landscaped grounds with many private sitting areas, chickens and honey bees too! shady/sunny seating, amazing pool-perfect temperature and clean. Room with private entrance, beautifully outfitted with wicker furniture and a fireplace, separate lavatory and sink area. Spacious, clean. Easy walk to town with beautiful high end shopping.

The Innkeepers and staff are very accommodating and nice, Our room #10 was sparkling clean, and quite. The on-site outdoor pool was lovely, and the on-site parking a real convenience. It was my wife's idea to stay at a B&B instead of the Hyatt, JHouse of Delmar - and I am really glad I went along with it. During weekdays...
