First time experience with High Tech Hotel, and was very impressed with entire process. The room was amazingly clean, comfortable and had all amenities. Upscale, compared to other hotels within same price range. Definitely using them again where possible!!!!

Hotel's Favorite
Hi-ho is an excellent location near Sacred Heart University. The property has a large parking lot, easy online check-in and out, clean & modern room. Overall, exactly what I look for in a hotel!! We were thrilled with our stay. We felt safe (stayed during 2020 pandemic and social distancing).

Luxe Boutique hotel is the description-they fall well short. No chair in the room to sit upon, weak WiFi even though we were next to the “lobby”, the air freshener used in cleaning the rooms was overpowering upon entering and the sink barely drained. There is no one present at the location although you can call a phone number and the folks with whom I spoke were polite and helpful. Even taking into consideration the Covid world this is not Luxe by any standard. The bed was firm but not hard….who do you ask for more pillows when no one is around? Also when two people are traveling and staying, as we were, for 3 nights I would hope for more than two coat hangers-if people steal them, put in the ones you can’t steal and be more generous with the number. The shower was good and though smallish the bathroom was well done-save for the sink draining problem. For me it was the lack of a chair and a safe that required a credit card to use- I mean really. Whatever amenities should exist outside of the Covid world they can’t possibly make up for a room in which it is impossible to sit at a table and work or that forced you to lie in bed to watch TV,,,,a chair or two pleases. The picture and descriptions gave me hope but the reality was very different. It can be had at a low price but one is reminded that one pays for such thinking in other ways. We will not revisit the Hi Ho.

Have stayed here off and on for many years. Very clean. Modern rooms. no frills. Have to get comfortable with the all-electronic reservation system, but once you pay attention to how it works it is really quite simple and convenient. Great job Hi Ho. Bathrooms need some minor repair for a few small breaks in bathroom caulking. I've heard to restaurant literally on site is supposed to be good, Barcelona, but I've never eaten there.

First of all is not a four star hotel. Is a motel. The check in was an adventure. Nobody was in the hotel and the check in is done only by email. The process is difficult and time consuming. The room was dirty. The bathtub had melted soap from the previous guests. The worse of all is the staff. I lforget an expensive pair of shoes in the room. When I came back to claim it they said that it was not found in the room. Actuaky the were not intersted to check.. I have a genius 2 ratting on booking.com and this was the worse hotel I ever stayed

We're sorry to hear your recent experience did not meet your expectations. Hotel Hi-Ho is in fact a direct-to-room property, therefore we have eliminated the traditional style front desk and encourage all guests to check-in online via a mobile device, as there is no need to visit the lobby to check into your room. There is still always a Manager on Duty onsite throughout the day and accessible via telephone 24/7 to assist with any questions or concerns you have. If you ever decide to stay with us again in the future, please be sure to give us a call and we'll gladly assist and address any concerns you have at that very moment in time to ensure your next stay is an enjoyable one.
