Stayed one night, attending a funeral in near by Easton , CT. Reserved a low frame bed as I walk with cane assistance due to Torn Meniscus. Ed from front desk walked me to three rooms before finding a low bed which was still rather high had to use a chair by bed for safety! Remot Tv batteries were shot so front desk came with batteries. Sign in room stated CALL front desk if TV doesn’t work…looked for phone, no phone! I explained to young man that these necessities should be check before booking a room, his reply Well we have 80 rooms we can’t check everything!!! Asked for a statement of my charges when checking out and was told I would get an email. NO email, my Credit Card has been charged! Sorry to say I am not pleased with The Circle. Mary McNulty

My first stay here & I'll be back. My room was immaculate & comfy. Thermostat worked beautifully, so I was warm when I wanted to be, & cool when it was hot out. Yay! The community section of the hotel, by the front desk, was beautifully laid out and very welcoming and comfortable all around. So all of this was wonderful, but the icing on the cake is the fact that the hotel staff (every one of them!) is first rate. Polite, kind, helpful, and all-round-wonderful. The Housekeeping staff couldn't have been more helpful or attentive at all times. And I must give a special call-out for Gary, at the Front Desk. He assisted me with graciousness that went above & beyond the call of duty. Thanks again for your kindness, Gary.

Refurbished rooms. Nicely updated, clean and spacious. Comfortable. Pool looks nice, wasn't open for season yet. Continental breakfast on site with Circle Restaurant next door - American diner, standard menu, good service, good food, very clean.

On the positive side, our hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. On the negative side, the room was as bare and cheaply furnished as possible. The king bed had only one night stand and lamp. No tv channels or cable, just streaming. The bathmat was threadbare. The water bottles were not sealed and just labeled with the hotel name. There was no microwave and the coffeemaker was pretty crappy. Limited charging places available.

Rm 22, ADA room, Very comfortable and the ambiance of the hotel is both modern and vintage mid-century. It's setting in tranquil in the back and location is convenient to everywhere. The walk to the Marina and beaches is down the street. Staff couldn't have been friendlier, felt like small town FFLD again. Very reasonably priced considering dogwoods & cherries were in bloom it was a steal. Repeat Visitor & never have we had an issue or complaint! Pet friendly too. I would suggest usb & 120v plugins near the bed & night stand.

I read all reviews and the few poor reviews were not true in our case. This place is very clean. Staff always greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was good, nice wafflemakers. Breakfast could use flavored creamers but they had half and half, juices, cereals, danish and fruit. The staff was always cleaning including to manager Ed. There is noise from the traffic so recommend room facing towards the back. Good value with breakfast and parking included. No computer for clients to use so could not print out my boarding pass. towels do not smell particularly nice, but were clean.One caution to you all is the television is only streaming so if you log in to watch disney+ or such, do NOT forget to log off! Everyones login still there and we ended up watching on other peoples accts.…

There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. Wasn't sure what we were getting there but reviews were good and I agree with them. Pulled up to an older looking Hotel and went in to a beautiful white and blue decorated reception area. Very friendly young lady check Us in. Our room was immaculate it even smelled clean. Beautifully decorated And comfortable bed . Several rooms looked like they were handicapped accessible With the small ramps outside and our shower had handicap Accessories. There was also a comedy show going on that night. our grandson was able to get ice to fill up our Cooler And they had breakfast Served. There's a circle restaurant next door that was very good. So we were very happy with our stay.

Good accommodations except that of one staff member presumably part of management. Other staff members dealt with were friendly, competent and sincere. Room to the eye was clean. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee. I plan to go back.

Just back from three days at the Circle Inn and an only recommend it. Rooms were cheerful and airy, comfy beds and good breakfast. Location is great-close to town and the beaches. What set this hotel apart was the staff. They bent over backwards for us and really went the extra mile in everything. Special thanks to John also for helping us with some complex room logistics. Great stuff - and would stay again for sure.

We cancelled our stay, but the hotel disputes that and is charging us $300 for their grossly inflated 1-night rate. We told them that the reason we couldn't stay was because one of us has tested positive for COVID. The response was that we were welcome to come and stay anyway. wow. Even if we didn't have COVID and were up to getting on a plane, we wouldn't stay somewhere that cared so little about our safety.

Thank you for your feedback. Please know the safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us here at the Circle Hotel. With that said, our hotel cancellation policy is clearly defined in the terms and conditions you accepted during the booking process. However, we did offer an opportunity for you to get a full refund, but were not provided with the necessary verification documentation as requested. We do hope you give our property a second chance if you are to return to the Fairfield area in the near future.
