Everything from the parking, water and snack upon arrival and they staff was excellent ! The room was clean, tidy and spacious! The free breakfast and coffee was hot and tasty! Good choice and value to stay here !

We have utilized this hotel for the past four years while visiting our daughter at Trinity College (at least 10 stays and probably 20+ room nights). We have always found the rates to be very reasonable, the front desk staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and the location to be convenient and safe. Even when we stayed during events like Weddings and/or sporting events, we never had noise issues or any other complaints. The owners and staff clearly take a personal pride in delivering a special experience each time we have visited. Pre-Covid, the buffet breakfast offered cereals, waffles, fruit, protein and potato, juices, bagels and muffins. During Covid, they have switched to a to-go box that is the best I experienced among similar hotels. It contained 2 hard boiled eggs, yogurt, a bagel and an apple. You can also ask for an orange, juice, coffee or hot water to make hot chocolate.

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel and had a wonderful experience staying there for a 5 day, 4 night stay. The location is very near downtown, and I saw several people walking over the bridge into downtown. The hotel staff said it is about a 15 minute walk. Public transportation is also nearby. I had a King Studio and it was great! It was a very large room with a a very comfortable king bed, sleep sofa, small kitchenette area with a long counter with sink, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I did not use the coffee maker in the room as there was free breakfast every morning and a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and hot water. The bathroom was huge with a very large shower. The tv looked to be about a 47-50 inch and swiveled so you could watch it in bed or on the sofa. The room was also very clean and kept so with daily cleaning. For the money, it was one of the best rooms I have stayed in awhile. It was a better room than much more expensive hotels I have stayed in. You really get your bang for the buck! The staff were very professional and friendly. They also gave helpful tips for the area. I was there for a conference any many attendees were staying in the hotel. I never saw the staff get upset over any issue. We even had little goodie bags with light snacks prepared for us one morning that we could take to the convention center for our long day of business meetings. I would not hesitate to stay there again if in Hartford.
