We had a site up in the woods, section G. WONDERFUL ! In the woods, HUGE campsite, a little breeze, not on a through road .. it was really nice. I wish they had full sewer hook up, but they do have grey water hook up and a honeywagon visit for a price. Staff was friendly, pool was nice, grounds... More

The camp ground itself was very nice, clean with quite a few amenities. You can get a free day pass for a local lake. The rule are a little much, we were not allowed to kayak in the pond or have floats. Not impressed with the way the owners wife spoke to the customer checking in before us.

Our first visit to this camp ground will unfortunately be our last. The pool and playground were both very crowed with unsupervised kids and teenagers. They were both loud and disrespectful making it hard to enjoy our time there. On our final day there our friend witnessed some kids stomping on a child's bike breaking the training wheels prompting a... More

Although the campground is nice and the people working there are very friendly, they allow unlimited number of guests and seem to allow unlimited tents per site. The pool wad so crowded, you couldn't move and there were so many rough, poorly behaved people there that it was actually a bit scary with a family. There seemed to be teenagers... More

Went on a Friday, we checked in a half an hour early they waived the fee. There was a good deal on firewood that weekend so we save money there too. They had a live band on Saturday and we danced and had a great time. the people there are friendly I caught a fish n the pobd. it was... More

Are looking for a laid back family camp ground?? Look no further!! The staff is awesome and the grounds are kept clean. The spacious sites give you plenty of room to stretch out. They have a pool, a pond for swimming and fishing, a newly updated play ground and mini golf! Lots of fun activities for both adults and children.... More

Instead of appreciating our business they acted as though they were doing us a favor by letting us camp there. I'll bet this campground ranks #1 in nonrepeating customers. The overall condition of most of the amenities was poor except the roped off brand new playground that was closed to all on a holiday weekend!!!

The camp ground staff was great. Don't feel the bathrooms/ showers are adequate for the number of sites. Even though it was early in the season had to wait several times. Pond is a body of water full of plant life....fishing may be ok but no good for swimming and no shade to speak of. Kids activities leave a lot... More

We rented a trailer at Nelson's for our first weekend in a trailer camp to see what it was like. Well it wasn't good. As soon as you open the door to the trailer you could smell mold. When we went inside we found a big wet stain on the carpet and big black ants in the refrigerator. That was... More
