I booked on booking.com because of $ & figured it was only one night. When we arrived the place looked empty and I was a little nervous. However, we received a very nice, spacious room (#24) no problem checking in, very clean and basic amenities. It was perfect for one night . I would recommend for anyone passing through or...

I have stayed here four times over the last three years and one thing is a given the room never really works. For example,if the refrigerator works then the wall light does not,if the television works then the clicker does not,if you get an ice bucket in your room it has a whole in it and is unusable. My point is...

Had to stay due to a house closing and New Milford hotels were all booked. I was bitten by bed bugs. Wound up with a systemic reaction and had to take prednisone. They were getting new king beds, so maybe it will improve.

If you have to stay here, take pictures of everything in the room with the management present at the beginning of the stay. Otherwise, they will find something to charge you for. We were gouged out of $150 and now have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with the credit card company. The management was impossible to...

It seemed like the place was mostly empty -- very few cars in the parking lot. Everything was fine in the room, once they changed the battery in the TV remote. Beds were fine. Linens were fine, etc. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was chintzy. I've stayed there before, though, and may again, because the prices are OK.

We stayed one night before attending the Elephant Trunk market. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again if we return to the Elephant Trunk. And it is located very close to the Trunk.

Last night we were there they over booked our room had to pack everything up and move to another room...breakfast was tiny room bagels and bread with cereal. A jug of Orange juice. Be 5 minutes late they will close door in your face and tell you no more, over. Use the leftovers for the next mornings breakfast. Never again,...

We thought place was like a B&B from website, boy were we fooled. The place is like a old Motel 6. Our first room had ants in bathroom, the heater had been left on in the bathroom so the room was like a sauna, so we asked for another and it had dead ants and flying insects, so we asked for...
