Had a girls weekend with my 4 year old little girl. We stayed in the 5th wheel, since I have never done this before. We rented the 5th wheel since there was a shower but this was an issue but will get back to this. I like to do Pros first Pros: The staff was really exceptional, the facility, campsites,... More

way overpriced, many sites to close together, lots of people partying - my kids were up all night - not ideal with family with kids. a few feet from my site was plastered with piles of human poop. cant believe i paid for that.

After a long days travel we pulled into Whitepines Campsites in Winsted Ct. A very large campground pretty much filled, so much in fact we were put into the "Field". It appeared to be very family friendly with lots of noise and children's activities . As a retired couple travelling on, all we really required was a good nights sleep... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in August 2015, Friday and Saturday night. We stayed in the 200 loop. It was $59 a night. I'd consider this a "no-frills" campsite. It has a small pond that we fished in and our dog swam in. The pool is large and is actually really nice, no lifeguards on duty. The area they designate... More

We rented side by side cabins, each has a potty, sink in bathroom, micro, min fridge (but not super tiny), full size futon, table with 2 chairs, sink in kitchen, heat, ac (we used both), double bunks with foam pads for mattresses, broom, wood deck, picknic table, charcoal grill and fire pit. Walking distance to bathhouse and all activities. Tractor... More

This is a good little campground, not super exciting but enough to do. It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there but it was extreemly clean and recently newly lined. Wagon rides every weekend, lots of seasonal campers, most people knew each other. I didn't think the rulers were overly strict. You have to have rules... More

the campground overall is okay. Lot of trees narrow roads hard navigate to big rig. The prices are too high for what you gas. No sewer and average amenities.this was a 1 time deal and I would not come back.

My family and I have been camping at White Pines Campground for 6 years, The friendly combination of staff and seasonals are always there with a wave and a smile which keeps us coming back year after year. We enjoy the feeling of being welcomed every time we drive through the gates and leave the world behind. The campground offers... More
