Booked a room at last second over Labor Day weekend so that we could climb Pikes Peak. This place allowed us to take our dogs. We had a king room. I feel like $200/night for what we got was a bit pricey ... but again, it was last minute, it was Labor Day weekend, and we needed a place that allowed us to take our dogs. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Our room was around back so no problem with traffic noise, but I think there was a unit above us and they arrived late and made a bit of noise, but nothing awful. Front desk person was very friendly and accommodating. Nothing fancy, but nothing terrible = average.

This perfectly clean and neat hotel was a port in the storm. After a horrific experience in Cripple Creek we desperately needed a nice room. We found this hotel and took the Executive suite. It was nice and comfortable and just what we needed for that night. We will recommend this sweet spot to friends. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed in a condo type suite with full kitchen. It appeared newly remodeled and was immaculate and brightly lit. The kitchen was great with full size refrigerator. The only drawback was that the condo units face the main highway and the traffic noise is quite loud in the early morning. If you are a light sleeper, opt for a unit in the back. The bed in the downstairs room is very high and being short, I was not able to get onto it. If you have mobility issues, it may be challenging for you.

Just spent 3 nights here in the Fish Suite. Very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Parking in front of the suites was a little tight and the road that it's right on (24) is busy-it was fine at night but during the day and in the morning it's a bit loud in the upper bedroom-no issues at all in the first floor room. Kitchen was decently stocked except no pizza cutter and not really enough silverware if you're a family planning on eating regular meals in. However, it's a great location for Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs etc. as well as parks and attractions north in the Divide area. The lobby has tons of movies and games to borrow and even some books. Woodland Park has anything you could want/need as far as groceries, gas, stores, restaurants. The Dinosaur Resource Center is just down the street-we didn't go but it looked pretty neat. If we return to the area I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. Typically we stay in "chain" hotels. Decided to try something different this trip. Deer walked right up to our patio area in the evening. The only think keeping mthis from being a 5 rating is the shower. Showerhead had little water pressure and hot water was not very hot. Otherwise great room!

Only could stay one night, too bad, great place. Super Clean, super friendly people work there, great location. We were able to peek into other types of rooms and all were so nice - we would love to have a family reunion there! Check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

I stayed there in September 2020 during the heart of COVID. I helped my son move to Woodland Park for his job. I had the opportunity to visit once again and see my son. He had a short notice trip for the military and I had to cancel my wife and my reservations. We did so with over two weeks notice. I'm sure the small print tells of the $50 cancellation fee, but I don't remember seeing or hearing of it. I'm also blind so hunting that on the web site would be incredibly difficult. With the three months advance notice that I would be coming there, they had no problem accepting my Credit Card number. With two weeks advance notice they had no problem charging my Credit Card for not showing. Can't swear to it but I think every other hotel on the planet lets you cancel at no charge up to 48 hours in advance at a minimum. Curious as to whether they would apply that $50 to my stay if I was able to make it after cancelling.

We held our family reunion there, with 32 people staying there, and 2 dogs. I was a little worried about check in, as I knew they were short staffed. Everyone was able to check in when they wanted to. Our room was the King Luxury Suite, and it was very nice for gathering the family together when it got a little cool outside. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. The maids were very nice. All our interactions with Pam, the manager, were nothing but positive. We loved the outdoor area, it was great for gathering for meals and playing games and gathering to talk. I would highly recommend it for a family reunion, or for just getting away for a couple days. I think our group really liked the diversity of the kinds of rooms, suites, cabins available to choose from.

The cabin was smelly and did not smell like it had been properly cleaned in quite sometime. You sign a paper when you check in that says you can check out at 12pm and then you are told that check out is at 10am. Pam Greer the manager is not friendly and actually walked in the room without permission to place a bill on the couch. I would NEVER stay here again and Pam needs a lesson in customer service she is a terrible manager. They also have a very rude front desk lady name Sandy. Never Again Steer Clear use Air B&B

There were fish hooks all over the living room floor, my seven year old even stepped on one! We found a big chunk of what appeared to be an old brownie under the dining room table. We are lucky our 1 year old didn't try to put either of those in her mouth. It was not cleaned well at all! The sink strainer was filthy too. I told the front desk but the woman working really didn't care and I never heard from the manager. The set-up was great for our little family of 5, but we will NEVER stay there again.
