Everything about our stay was perfect. Kitt and Chris were great hosts and both breakfasts were amazing. Would definitely stay here again based the views, proximity to town and how well everything was run. Our room, the Pikes Peak, was very comfortable.

Just a short ride from Colorado Springs, this beautifully-located property is a wonderful retreat. There is opportunity for a 5-mile hike through the property. The decor itself is so interesting, and the breakfast was exceptional.

Rampart Range Resort was the perfect spot to celebrate our 40th anniversary. As we drove to the Resort, we were so impressed with the location and views - our cares just dropped away. We were warmly greeted by Kit, who could direct us to wonderful nearby hikes and great dining options. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, fantastically furnished with beautiful art. Breakfast was simply delicious, with a fantastic egg dish, homemade pastry, fresh fruit and decadent potato casserole - it far exceeded our expectations. We are already looking forward to our return visit and who we can gift this experience to next. Thank you, Kit and Chris, for a wonderful adventure!

From the minute we opened the front door and entered the stunning vestibule and were warmly greeted by Kit, we knew we had stumbled upon a gem. The Rampart Range Resort is aptly named, for it truly is a resort / retreat from our normal day to day lives and average homes. This incredible house has the most amazing architecture, with nooks and crannies full of priceless art collections curated by Kit and Chris from all over the world for all to enjoy, stunning views of Pikes Peak and so much more. The rooms are grand yet warm and inviting, with amazing attention given to every little detail. Everywhere you turn there is something else to discover: A game room, a sauna, a workout room, and the bedrooms are each decorated with a unique theme. We reserved the most "modest" room, and it was twice as large as our living room at home! The bed was comfortable, with the best linen I have ever slept in. The carpets and throw rugs and towels are plush and luxurious. The concrete floors throughout the resort were heated and beautiful. There are water fountains and features throughout the home, with an international coin wishing well in the front hall. We made wishes twice. I could go on and on about this place. Suffice it to say that we made one of our own wishes come true when I made our next reservation as soon as I got home! And the breakfast? Kit and Chris prepared a three course feast for us, with the best coffee, tea and juices, fresh fruit, a sweet course and a savory course. Absolutely delicious! This Bed and Breakfast is relatively new and still undiscovered by many. I can assure you that it will soon become the destination of choice in the Colorado Springs area and that people will travel from around the globe to relax at our new favorite B&B!…

Rampart Range Resort definitely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we drove onto the property, we were amazed with the gorgeous architecture and decor. Kit greeted us with warm apple cider which was the perfect treat with the crisp fall weather. The Pike’s Peak suite was immaculate and so spacious! It was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The king bed was fabulous and the bathroom was exquisite! They provide cozy robes to snuggle up in after a nice warm shower. The views of Pike’s Peak were amazing and we saw several deer on multiple occasions. Kit prepared a delicious multi-course breakfast for us that included a wonderful egg soufflé and a warm fruit cup topped with fresh sage. In addition to all of this, there is also a dry sauna and billiards on the lower level. Kit and Chris are fabulous hosts and have truly covered every detail. We look forward to our next stay!…

Rampart Range Resort was the surprise STAR of our 13 day road trip to South Dakota and Arizona. I had hesitated to book because it was new and had few reviews. When we walked into the peaceful water features, beautiful art and decor, and sweeping views of Pike’s Peak from the “great room” we were blown away before we even saw our room! The room was HUGE - easily accommodating the king bed with plush linens (looking out at the mountain!), comfy sofa/coffee table sitting area, and table and chairs. We did not use the beautiful gas fireplace in July, but could imagine it only enhancing the atmosphere in cooler weather. The bathroom included a spacious double sink vanity with every toiletry and amenity provided. A separate area for luggage and dressing with high quality towels and robes. A beautiful, separate shower room with rain head and hand held and a glass panel enabling yet another glorious mountain view was another luxurious surprise. There was a private outdoor, furnished patio looking over the beautiful grounds and yes, the mountain! In the morning, Kit prepared a multi-course, gourmet, delicious, breakfast in a private outdoor seating area. She was a gracious host and fun conversationalist, available and personable when needed but very unobtrusive. We are an older couple and very experienced travelers who are not easily impressed. I rarely end up writing reviews, even when I intend to. Once this place gets known I fear it will be impossible to book and likely much harder to afford. This was on par with high-end, luxury rooms we have occasionally treated ourselves to. If you have the chance, forego the typical classic accommodations nearby folks - Rampart Range is where it’s at in this area!!!…

My hubby booked the Mt. Fuji suite for us for 5 nights! Our suite is like living in luxury and the bathroom is like our own spa. No need to go book a spa! Upon our arrival, Kit had lovely flowers in a vase near the fireplace alongside some chilled bubbly to welcome us. Kit is an amazing cook. We enjoyed her delicious creations each morning. We are coffee people, and she always had it available for us. We felt spoiled in luxury each day. They served us breakfast at our own private table outside. We had a stunning view of Pikes Peak and their property. They have binoculars you can use to enjoy the sights. Kit made sure to place a goodie bag on our door handle each evening, with a homemade desserts/treats. Their well-mannered golden doodle Weasley will steal your heart. We will be back to this amazing place. Dont miss it!…
