The. Wheat Ridge area appears to be -- less desirable location -- The campground has limited wifi ---sites are close to each other-- with an over all "dated" appearance-- The showers are assigned by grouping patrons to specific shower stall/room -- you receive a pass key - There's 100 Air channels due to being near/in Denver If you're seeking a... This Rv park is ok. Power is good. Very high water pressure so you will want a pressure regulator. Park was built in the 80s so with the big rigs of today the spaces are small. Staff friendly and helpful. Good place to stay for seeing sights in Denver area. Quiet with a lot of long term stays. Nice rigs.... More

We stay at this park for 4 or 5 days every year on pour annual trip back to Denver. It is a great place to stay. The park is pretty and clean, and the restrooms very nice. Nancy the owner is very friendly and helpful. I recommend that you make reservations early--I make them in March for June, as the... More

Right off I 70 and easy to access pulling a 35' fifth wheel. Nancy was great to deal with and even loaned us a hose when we found out ours had a leak. Lots of full time residents. Right next to a very nice park with a lake and paved walking path.

Convenient rv park for Denver. Clean park, with a number of seasonal residents. We were camping in a pop-up on our way west. Gravel park with limited shade. Close to WalMart and other shopping and restaurants. Restrooms are clean, but the fact that you have a key for one specific RR is a bit quirky. You may have to wait... More

This was a perfect stop for an overnight stay on our way through the Denver area. After a long day climbing Interstate 70 we were very pleased to arrive at Prospect RV Park. We had called ahead (and were glad we did as they were full when we arrived). Since we arrived after hours on a weekend the office had... More

We just spend 4 nights here & it was wonderful!!! The owners were wonderful. I asked if we could print out our baseball tickets & they said sure. The previous rv park at Buena Vista KOA said no. The bus comes about a block away to take you downtown or anywhere you want to go. I broke my coffeepot &... More

The management people were indeed, as stated, very nice. I generally like to stay in state park and forest service campgrounds, but it appears that most don't open until May. We were purchasing an RV from a private individual in the area and they recommended this campground. So bearing in mind that I like open spaces and trees and grass,... More

You'll notice the owners of this facility do not promise anything they don't deliver. They are not a "Resort" and don't make like they want to be one. The spaces are gravel but level and clean. Connections are good and well placed. WiFi worked well for the nine days we spent there. Semi-private, key operated bathrooms were always clean and... More

The voice mail is always full. They never return calls. You talk to them and they say they will check and call you back but they never do. The take campers but do not hold them to their dates. Therefore they cannot take reservations or plan ahead. They basically have squatters and are not an rv resort. The location is... More
