Free parking, great lobby, and nice beds. One drawback, no free wifi in the room. You have to pay for the wifi. There’s free wifi in the lobby. Service was great they also have Starbucks in the lobby. There’s an indoor pool but it’s not heated.

Really convenient location! There’s a lovely indoor pool, hot tub, incredible southwestern restaurant, convention space, parking, wedding venue and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Mountain Views and it’s next to a giant ice arena where there are tons of tournaments. Across the street is Snooze for a Colorado breakfast and a large AMC movie complex with reclining seats. Chuy’s Mexican and Butterfly Pavilion are also nearby.

Great beds/pillows, great service, gorgeous view of the mountains and the food at Kachina was delicious. The staff were very concerned with making sure we had everything we needed. They were very kind and gracious! Plenty of restaurants, shopping and activities near by. We will definitely be back for another staycation.

What a wonderful experience! It started with check-in by the most courteous person - Shlok Shaw. He asked questions so I would get just the right room. His knowledge and professionalism was a wonderful treat. He was helpful in getting me oriented in the hotel and with its amenities. The hotel room was immaculate and in very good conditions. No sagging curtains or worn looking bedding or furnishings here. The king size bed was luxurious. The shower was accessible for handicap individuals which I needed. They even had a wheelchair I could use during my stay. This was the best experience and I will return again.

I have stayed at the Westin several times over the past couple years on business trips. It is a nice property with a great restaurant/bar onsite. The location is great with lots of other places to eat, shopping, and bike/walking trails around. All staff I have interacted with have been professional. The king rooms are decent size with well thought out space. Price is decent for the hotel. Would stay again.

We love this hotel. It is close to family and the airport. The hotel has a resort feel and as it doesn't have a restaurant, there is a great place a very short walk away. The rooms are clean, large and well appointed.

Hotel was spacious and rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of public gathering spots in and around the hotel, and the outdoors were well-landscaped. Customer service was really good, especially during the check-in process. Camylle Copeland was outstanding! She was professional, courteous, very willingly accommodated my room request. She offered suggestions for dinner and other things to do and see around Westminister. Definitely recommend this property!

Nice hotel, nice room and generally good customer service although some things were lacking. They have one restaurant for lunch and dinner which is Mexican (same for room service) so if you are there for a week and aren’t fussed on Mexican then there is a problem. Rooms get a very basic service which is fine, however, you only get one black tea tea bag replaced each day (unless you ask each day for any more) even if there are 2 people in the room. There was one complimentary bottle of water in the room and this was only replenished once during our week long stay. We needed some laundry done and instructions say call customer service for collection which I did and was told I had to take it down to the Front desk myself. The next day when it wasn’t delivered by seven thirty I called customer service and phone rang for about 10 minutes with no answer. At 8 pm I went to the Front Desk to enquire and it was out the back, apparently I was supposed to collect it from the Front Desk, it would have been nice to be advised. All in all nothing major but i normally expect more when staying at Westin Hotels.…

After an exhausting trip flying in from Atlanta Camylle was absolutely the best ! She was so kind and made sure I was well taken care of . I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view ! The property is beautiful and so clean and convenient to EVERYTHING ! Thank you for a wonderful ful stay ! I will be back soon !
