We had to stay here May 2020- during the quarantine while the closing on our home was delayed. We walked in at 9pm and they were so kind and ready to get us a room. they ended up having an upgrade available and in knowing what we had gone through in the last 48 hours- it was the kindest gift we could have received. They are dog friendly as well which was perfect. The location is excellent. We had a view over the city and right outside of the lobby is a open space trail. You can also get coffee and walk around the fountain. The lobby and rooms were very clean and the shower system was awesome. If you need a hotel- this classy establishment is where you need to go!
Stayed three nights during COVID so really only a review of the room and lobby. It is a very nice, upscale hotel. Everything looked good in the public areas and the room was nicely done. It's a good location near Hwy 36 with multiple dinning options in the immediate area. The room was clean.
This hotel has great views of the mountains, a beautiful lobby, and pleasant people working there. The room is ok and nothing extra is offered. Due to Covid, you can get water and ice if you ask for it. There is no coffee or bottled water in the room. I actually found the much less expensive Marriott property”Aloft” not far away, to offer nicer rooms, water, coffee and pick up breakfast as a better choice.
This is a very nice property. Similar to mist Westin’s. restaurant is very good. One problem is the non stop barking of dogs. I felt as if I were staying at the dog pound. I understand most hotels take pets. But I personally wanted to get some rest. Another thing is they do not single out certain rooms or floors for animals. So it effects the entire hotel. Hard to sleep in a bed a dog has been on especially with allergies. The second problem was we had a wedding there. A huge 3 tier $600 cake that due to covid we hardly put a dent in,. ( could only have certain amount of people) they served the cake , the next day we went to get the leftover cake and they said it was gone. After searching the entire place they were able to find the small upper level. We believe the servers took the rest to the house after the wedding. Just a few months before we heard that cars were started Len that were left in valet. But the cake!!! Oh well that’s our experience.…
