On a extended weekend get away, I reserved a room at this hotel with two beds. I called ahead because I was arriving late and was told by a female staffer that she was reserving my room as we spoke (there was a stated rule per the third party hotel site). The hotel was nice both outside and inside. Check in was easy, but no bottle water provided to us. Good: The hotel is next to the hockey rink; and, across the street from a mall with restaurants all around, including inside the hotel. There is also a Starbucks on premise. The drive into Denver or National Park is not bad. The view from the room was of the golf course. Cons: Very little is open late. And, I suggest that you confirm your room size upon receiving your keys; they may get it wrong like mine. And, check the bedding (which is common, I think). The room appeared clean and did not smell like smoke, but there was one bed. I went to the front desk and the two male staffers acknowledge other customers had stated the same that they were told by a female staffer that their room was confirmed and reserved. But, they did not change my room, the hotel was full; so instead they said that they would change the room the following day. Neither male staffer changed my room the following day. What they did was upon my visit to the front desk was have housekeeping come clean the room and changed the unclean bedding. The bedding was not as clean as I thought. There was a old yellow stain and red ink mark.

We only stayed one night but the property and hotel is fabulous. 2 trendy bar/restaurants on the grounds plus many others very close by. Also a movie theater and Dave & Busters. Ducks in the pond, cute bunnies running around, lovely ponds and fountain. Comfy beds, quiet. Everything was very clean, friendly staff too.

DON’T STAY HERE if you have a car. Yesterday when I checked in, I noticed lots of glass in the hotel parking lot and now I know why. A bunch of cars broken into, a car up on blocks in the parking lot, and zero security or cameras. Clearly the hotel knows this is an ongoing issue and doesn’t care.

I looked through a number of most resent reviews before posting this one. Kind of scratching my head because I'm a lifetime Titanium member and honestly I thought this property was pretty good. My only complaint is that it is a convention center hotel, and so two of my 4 day stay had a convention going on, which means a lot of people and VERY hard to park. For this i suggest the hotel put in key-card gates for the parking lot closest to the building as well as the one across the street, so that only hotel guests can use these lots. Otherwise, you can be stuck out in the north 40 with a long walk to your room. Didn't try the pool, but I thought the restaurant was very good. Had breakfast and dinner there twice. The room i was in was clean and very quite. Some people mentioned dogs, I didn't hear any night but yes there were a lot in and out of the lobby. I guess Colorado is a dog friendly state.

Housekeeping never provided towels or sheets or cleaned our room during our 4 night stay. Requested service and it never came. Front desk refused to accept responsibility. This was not a COVID issue policy change just laziness and lack of communication with this hotel's staff. Front desk was unfriendly at check in and unhelpful. No manager was on duty to discuss. We were told to change our own linens as a solution. Westin is a luxury hotel yet somehow this stay was like an interstate motel. I have stayed at Westin properties for years and never such an awful experience. We will never stay there again.
