We spent 5 nights at this bed & breakfast wanted to stay longer but time was against us. The Hunters Moon was used as a base for us to travel about Cornwall. Richard & Pauline the owners were so helpful advising the best or easiest routes to get to our visits. The room was a lot bigger than we had...

Just spent two nights at this lovely B & B. Terrific welcome from Pauline & Richard, Our room was magnificent; beautifully clean & well appointed. Lovely breakfasts. Polgooth sports an excellent Inn for delicious food (best to book) and is well placed for visits to Eden Projecf, Lost Gardens of Heiligan and the charming ports of Charlestown and Mevagissey

Having run a B&B many moons ago (no pun intended) I am always slightly cynical of good reviews, but Hunter's Moon have got it absolutely right. Welcoming, clean, great breakfast plus the touches that make all the difference. There are hooks in the bathrooms, sorry but how important is that? There was also a fridge on the communal landing where...

Can't praise Hunter’s Moon enough. A truly 5 star bed and breakfast. Was greeted by Pauline and Richard from the car, and their unobtrusive attentiveness continued throughout our stay. They were the only ones in the area who got back to us with details of single occupancy rooms, and were prompt, courteous, flexible and helpful in all their communications with...

Found Hunter's Moon on an excellent website for B & Bs near the Eden Project and what a find it proved to be! Must be the best B &B we've stayed in. Superb breakfast every morning. The en-suite bedroom overlooking the wonderful garden was always kept spotlessly clean and tidy and was very quiet and comfortable. Richard is a mine...

A warm and friendly welcome received from Richard and Pauline on our arrival. They kindly helped with our luggage to our room (Poppy) which had a lovely picturesque view overlooking Polgooth village. Our double en-suite was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. It was spotlessly clean and this was maintained throughout our 7-day stay. The breakfasts cooked...

I have just spent a very enjoyable weekend at Hunters Moon. My room was huge, bright and so comfortable. The standards of housekeeping are exemplary. All the little things are covered from toiletries to tissues and spare blankets to fans.Despite it being a B&B it felt very comfortable and I was made to treat it like home. The breakfast is...

Our second visit and we again thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely room and great breakfast. Richard and Pauline are brilliant hosts even remembering from our first visit that Shiela was gluten free and preferred hot water for breakfast! Many thanks to you both. PS For evening meal the Polgooth Inn, just down the road (within easy walking distance), is thoroughly...
