Overrated and lacking soul. We picked for location but there is no parking included. The price does not justify services. There is no hospitality. The Slope restaurant was good last year but this year they made us wait 1 hr and same 3 tables were still empty, we sat at the bar, the bar tender was in a funeral mood. Just not a happy place.

The pros: Good location about a 2 minute walk to the main bus stops and the pedestrian only section of the village. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a beautiful jewel-tone blue. We received a spacious room with a huge tub, gas fireplace (with a timer) and in the room was a carbon monoxide detector and a full-size humidifier (which was amazing, as I usually travel with a portable one). Full size toiletries are available in the bathroom and shower, although I didn't care for the scent. The pillows were good. The hotel was mostly quiet at night, with the exception of one night with some late guests coming back from the bar and the employees using the stairwell by our room early in the morning. There is a kettle in the room for tea and coffee, and a lot of snacks and drinks available for purchase. Every afternoon at reception there were warm chocolate chip cookies and they were delicious! The free spa facilities are nice - steam room, dry sauna, salt lounge, cold plunge and two jacuzzi tubs located outside. The cons: The hotel is not ski-in, ski-out. Upon check-in we were told that our room would be ready in 20 minutes, it wasn't ready for about another 2 hours, but they did store our bags for us. We were told that they only have a handful of parking spaces on site and advised us to park in the village parking garage (which is literally across the street and less expensive, although it's still $60/night). The beds were too hard, my arms and hips were sore each morning. I didn't like that there was not a chain or bolt on the door. The shower pressure/head was terrible. Some of the front desk personnel were a little impersonal. Overall, if I came to Vail again, I would stay here if the price was right.

In July, I booked (and paid for) a 3 bedroom condo through Chase Travel for a Feb 2024 stay. Received an email from Chase Travel last week (nearly 4 months later) that the room is unavailable. Still unclear what happened but it ruined my trip to Vail. I believe Gravity Haus' response to rectify the situation was pitiful. I would advise anyone staying at the Gravity Haus to call and confirm your reservation, especially if you booked through a third party.

What an awesome boutique hotel! Outstanding service, cleanliness, and a really great experience. The interior from the moment you walk in to the lobby to the rooms was amazing. The gym, sauna was the biggest state of the art I’ve ever experienced in all my travels. Super pet friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Fabulous spa treatment by Christy! Enjoyed the hot tubs, dry sauna, polar plunge soak, and salt room! The staff was very accommodating, the room was clean with a large soaking tub and great views. Great location as well, just a block from the base of the mountain.

This hotel needs a face lift. Rooms are dated. Service is mediocre. No hot water for two of the nights we were there. Concierge consistently missing from her desk and little help, if any from front desk staff. Breakfast experience is average. Bottom line…not a great stay.

Exceptional customer service, attention to detail and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. While I cannot speak to the price of the room(s), as we were there for business reasons, I *can* speak to the experience, and EVERYTHING about it was great! Special shout out to Sean, at the front desk, and the restaurant/bar staff was equally impressive. In addition, the location is in the heart of "Vail Village", so is walking distance to shops and ski lifts.

The property was full of unexpected amenities! The fd staff were knowledgeable and engaging. My room was beautiful, loved the tub, and had 2 bunk beds. The room was spacious with plenty of room to practice yoga in the morning. Check out the spa, fitness center, work space, and sloperoom/unravel when you go.... my mind was blown at all the offerings this place packs in! I will definitely come back with my family!

My husband wanted to stay in Vail Village so we spent the extra$$ and stayed one night at Gravity Haus. What a disappointment. The bed was the worst hotel bed we have ever slept on. They should be ashamed of themselves. The bed sagged and we spent the night struggling not to roll to the middle. They had put one of those egg crate type of foam pads on the bed. You know the kind your grandmother put on the bed to try to make it more comfortable. Yuck! What a terrible experience.

We first stayed at the Gravity Haus in Breckinridge, it was amazing! We booked in Vail hoping it would be as good. The hotel is located in a great location to walk to many things! The room was really nice, not as modern as the Breck location. The staff was not at all friendly or welcoming.
