Rule #1 of any hotel should be customer comfort. So the inability to adjust the room temperature was inexcusable. The front desk clerk even let me switch rooms but to no avail: no ability to adjust the temperature in the second room either. Both room thermostats said it was '74' but it was easily 80+ degrees in both rooms. Telling...

I Visited for Business conference and had a lovely time. The service was awesome. I was met with a smile. I forgot my toothpaste and front desk ran some up. Rooms were comfy and beautiful. Hot tub outside was a nice treat too!

Back in Vail, back in the Tivoli Lodge. At least as good as last year. Very friendly staff (from front desk to room service). Everything you'll need for a short stay or a longer vacation. Great location!

The staff were very friendly and helpful during this off season stay in Vail. The rooms were very spacious and I particularly enjoyed the shower where there was a horizontal nozzle. The bed was comfortable and all of the appliances worked well. The location was quite good for enjoying the city of Vail as everything was in walking distance.

I stayed in the Tivoli for a scientific meeting, and I enjoyed it immensely! The view from my room was beautiful, and I had a cozy fireplace to keep me warm. The staff was friendly, and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The location is perfect because you are right near some great restaurants and also Ford Park if you have kids (or even if you don't actually). The on sight lobby bar is limited but good for...

The Tivoli is a quiet luxury hotel tucked in a location close to the slopes. For a little more, get the slope-side, fireplace room; it's much larger. The room was clean and maid service was fast and efficient. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is a couple hundred yards from the closest chair lift or gondola. It's easy...

This is an elegant ski lodge that I booked due to the attractive off-season rates. The rooms are spacious and well stocked, the staff is attentive. The breakfast (not included) was very good. It is a hotel designed for a week-long ski vacation with exercise facilities, hot tub, etc. The bathroom had a world-class soaking tub. I have one small...

The Tivoli Lodge was excellent - great service, awesome room with mountain views and fireplace, good breakfast at a reasonable price & in a perfect lodge setting. The owner & his dog Speed were icing on an excellent experience. We'll definitely come back here if /when we get the chance.
