The hotel is in a great location and staff was very friendly. Our room was huge and we loved all the windows and being able to open them. However there was a lot of traffic so it was a bit noisy. The room could use some improvement. House keeping needs to use a cleaner for lime build up on faucets etc. It makes the room look dirty. See pics. They are still using pillow shams etc. during COVID19 and one of ours had stains on it. See picture. There was a huge stain on the ceiling in bathroom. The towel heater did not work. Big crack in tile in bathroom. There was no creamer for the coffee and only one pack of regular coffee. Would have preferred disposable coffee cups especially during COVID. A big disappointment was the fireplace that we paid extra to have. It came on but you could barely see the flame and no way to adjust it.

Hotel's Favorite
From the moment I made the reservation and spoke to Chris about my boyfriend’s surprise birthday week, I knew we would be in good hands. Chris gave me several options for activities and hiking. He coordinated the chocolate and wine to be placed in the room upon arrival, the white water rafting with Timberline Tours and horseback riding at Vail Stables as well as reservations at Mountain Standard for dinner. When we arrived at Tivoli Lodge, we were greeted at the front desk by Jared who took the time to remember my name and greeted me every time I saw him. He handed me a folder with the itinerary of activities for the week that was created by Chris. As we entered the room, the chocolates and wine were placed in the room that overlooked the beautiful mountains and was well appointed with a soaking tub, shower, fireplace, and kitchenette area. The professionalism and attention to detail by the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, walking distance from Vail Village and its shops and restaurants...the list goes on. I live in Las Vegas and have a grand expectation of what kind of experience guests should have. Tivoli Village was exceptional! We shall be returning to Vail and will choose to stay at Tivoli Lodge if they will have us. Thank you, Chris, Jared, and the rest of the staff at Tivoli Lodge for making our week magical and practically perfect in every way.

I took my wife to Vail to spend a long birthday weekend and we stayed at the Tivoli Lodge. I'd definitely return as the property is very nice and a great value for Vail. COVID restrictions got in the way of typical dining and housekeeping but that's not the fault of the hotel or staff. It's within a very short walk of the village and everything it has to offer.

We spent a long October weekend in Vail at Tivoli. The property was cozy and clean -- the staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility lacks a substantial food and beverage solution -- after the first evening we solved this with a trip to the liquor store. The rooms were basic but clean -- I'd describe it as a Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn quality level. Vail is a great destination (even for the shoulder season) and this is good lodging option.

Loved the close proximity to downtown and we couldn't have been any closer to the mountain! The kids also loved the outdoor hot tub. The hotel staff was friendly and we enjoyed the free bicycle rentals they offered. Lobby was very inviting as well.
