Very nice location. Minimal staff which means the front desk is not always staffed. Four bedroom condo has a well laid out floorplan with private baths. Greatroom & kitchen were roomy & open for our 10 person group, 7 adults/3 small children, but furniture is showing age & wear. Bring your own condiments & seasonings as there are none.
Highly recommend. Terrific service through Gondola Resorts, clean condo and easy checkin. We will be back to this complex and maybe same unit. The view was terric, too. Wonderful anniversary as planned through Sarah at GR.
After the hotel booked 100% occupancy for a conference I was to attend, I selected the Landmark Condos. Location was great, and it was available. The room was clean though average at best. The frayed wall paper near the electrical outlets was a bit off-putting. Even with the windows/doors open, the condo had a musty smell for two out of three days during our stay. We noticed the smell of gas, Maintenance responded quickly to shut off the natural gas to the grill located on the balcony.
Highly Recommend staying at the Destination Resorts, Vail. When we return, we will be staying here, again. The Condo's were very spacious and beautiful inside and out. The view was amazing. Centrally located to everything. An easy walk to Vail Village.
Beautiful spacious apartment with a great location, ski lockers and ski rentals on premise which was amazing. The bedding and beds were so comfortable which makes all the difference. The configuring of the apartment and furnishings made you feel at home and welcomed. We would definitely book this place over and over again.
We have stayed at the Landmark for the past 6 years. The price has more than doubled while the level of service has dropped. It’s no longer worth the cost to stay here and looking into other locations for next year.
Great location and great condo. Updated bathrooms. Well equipped Kitchen. Great view of the Mountain. Grocery downstairs and lockers for skis and boots available. Would have been nice to have bath robes but otherwise it was great.
The location was very good. As far as the one bedroom unit we thought for the money it was pretty poor. Our unit was so dated the television was at least 20 years old. The bathroom was very cramped as was the whole 7nit itself. I would expect more from Hyatt. W3 won5 be going back.
met or exceeded my expectations. excellent location near lifts. parking adequate and convenient. check in seamless. ski lockers very convenient. pool and 3 jacuzzis great. property well maintained and clean. units quiet with no noise from other guests.
My family and I stayed a week at the Landmark at Lionshead. While they say they are 150 yards from the lift it’s actually much further than that. If you have a family with ski gear going back and forth everyday, that difference matters. Overall the experience on the property was good, but being close to the lifts when skiing is a premium I thought we were paying for, but didn’t get. Within the unit, things were OK, but not great. Every coffee mug was chipped, one coffee maker pot was cracked, though they had another. there was old food left in the microwave (cheeseburger, yuck!). The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the Arabelle Hotel and with a great view of the mountain. Was our first time staying in Lionshead. We chose there this time because of access to green/blue terrain and ski school. However, next time we’ll probably go back to staying in Vail Village which has better food, shops and lift service.…
