Unit had been closed for months. W/D didn’t work and smelled of mold. Ice maker didn’t work. Bedroom lights didn’t work. Fireplace was turned off. Entire floor exterior lights were out. Construction on several units that we had to walk over materials. Would not recommend.

Property's Favorite Review
We stayed here the first week in March for a group ski vacation with 20+ people. We had many different condos among the group for an eight day stay with several different floor plans/decor. I was in a three bed, three bath unit with a total of six people. The unit was spacious with two floors, had great views of Vail mountain, was exceptionally clean, and had all the comforts of home for cooking for a large group. The location is perfect for skiers. I skied everyday and appreciated the quick, maybe 5 min walk to the eagle bahn gondola. I also appreciated the ski locker for each unit (although tight for 5 skiers/boarders and our gear). Pool and hot tubs also a great way to end the day. It was also less crowded in Lionshead than Vail village for skiers. At night we enjoyed the 10-15 minute walk to Vail village for apres ski, additional dinner options (also plenty of great options steps from the condo) If you are looking for a full service hotel with concierge etc.., this likely not your spot. The front desk staff (only 1 person at a time at the desk) is almost nonexistent/ not customer focused. (to the girl (maybe Glenda, I asked her name and am now forgetting) who wouldn’t take two seconds away from her “important email” to check the office for my elder mother’s lost passport... terrible customer service) Other than that, fantastic and recommend!

Response from Roam52936509704, Manager at Landmark Condominiums
Responded Apr 20, 2020
Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay with us at The Landmark. Our location in Lionshead is so convenient to the gondola, restaurants and shops. We are glad you were able to enjoy the amenities that our privately owner condos are able to offer guests, like a home away from home! We are sorry you did not have a good experience with our Front Desk agent, we strive to provide the best customer service, and are typically very happy to discuss any needs you may have, whether that be local recommendations or lost and found. We look forward to seeing you in Vail again soon. Take Care, Beth Morrison Owner Services Manager Destination Residences Vail

Front desk service, attention and follow up were outstanding. Location is wonderful, with beautiful slope side views and great access to the gondola and village shops. Kids loved everything about the stay. Caution: limited parking for vehicles with ski bubbles.

The condo was great, plenty of room for the 6 of us. The location was great, right in lions head village. We were able to walk to stores and restaurants and to pick up our ski rentals. There is a ski lift within walking distance too.

This unit has the most die for view you could ever want! This is a huge two bedroom condo with an immense kitchen living room and dining area. The kitchen is State of the Art. The living area is comfortable, open and has beautiful furnishings. Let’s talk about the bedrooms. The two bedrooms are large, have memory foam beds and en suite baths. The bed in the master is a Tempur-pedic with an adjustable base. It’s so comfy I put the kids in the living room. There are two oversize chairs that pull out into platform memory foam beds. That means no springs, just support and comfort. I love the antler dining room table the chairs around the dining room are just gorgeous. But the view is what I love most. I could not stop staring out the windows.
