We are staying in unit 315 at Antlers, booked through Gondola/VRBO/Beyond terrible. Broken toilet, no land line no staff on site! I would never book through Gondola and the VRBO service has been terrible. No staff on site. We are here for my husband to have surgery at Steadman. Gondola Resorts is terrible,, do NOT book with them! Any building but Antlers for sure!

Hello Kathleen, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment, but I would like to clarify a few points made. I spoke with our Maintenance technician who responded to the issues you were experiencing with your toilet. In this case the internal flapper was slightly out of alignment causing the toilet to run occasionally, however the toilet was functional. I do realize that there was a slight delay in responding to this issue, as well as the landline in your unit, and for that I must apologize. As for the lack of staff, I am puzzled why you believe that we do not have staff on site. Upon hearing about the delay in response to your maintenance needs, you did receive a visit from our Front Desk Manager to speak in person. In addition to this, our front desk (visible from the front door to your unit) is staffed from 8:00am-8:00pm during our off-season. Outside of these hours we always have an on-site manager ready to attend to guest needs, myself included. To summarize, we have an abundance of on-site staff members around the clock between our engineering department, front desk staff and management who are reachable via phone call and ready to assist with any after-hours needs. We have stayed at the Antlers at least 5+ times and there's a reason we keep coming back. It is definitely your best bang for the buck. Full kitchens, beautiful decor, pool and hot tub area that rivals lux hotels and the staff is fantastic.

The one bedroom condo was well appointed and cozy for my husband and I . The bed was super comfy and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Hot tubs are awesome! The staff here are informative and pleasant. Just a great place to stay in Lionshead .

Staff is always accommodating & available. Condos are always clean and picked up during the week by housekeeping. Condos always have everything we need. Location is great for walking into the village and to Eagle Bahn Gondola. Highly recommended.

This was our 5th spring break trip to the Antlers in 6 years (mountain closed in 2020 during Covid) and the Antlers remains an ideal choice for our family’s annual week in Vail. The location is prime—a short 3 minute stroll the gondola where your skis are stored daily at the base of Lionshead. Daily housekeeping. Attentive and cheerful front desk. Really enjoyed the great coffee machine in the lobby, the Thursday night wine and cheese party and saw yoga classes now offered. Ample and clean pool and hot tubs with stellar slope views. Great Weber grill on slopeside balcony. Easy access to underground parking (free when you book direct). And with the location you barely need a car given Vail’s great free bus system that takes you into the Village every 5 mins. I’ve stayed just about everywhere in Vail over 30 years (4 seasons, Hyatt, Manor Vail, Cascade Village, etc.) but the Antlers keeps hitting the mark. Can’t wait to return in 2024.…

Perfect location and friendly staff! All the amenities you need while on a ski vacation (ski valet, boot storage to keep them toasty overnight, free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby and local beans with a grinder in the unit, plus specialty kitchen appliances like crock pots on demand). Our unit was right in front of the pool and hot tub, and we had a beautiful view of the mountain.

Our stay at Antlers was great! The apartment was very comfortable, staff is helpful, parking lot is indoors (if it snow your car does not need to be cleaned) and it’s 2 steps from the gondola. Better impossible!!!

Stayed at antlers for 5 days during spring break. We booked unit 703 which was in tired shape. It had a beautiful view of the mountain and creek. We traveled with our 3 adult children and was disappointed to find that the smaller two bedrooms were tiny and no room for their gear. One of the bedrooms had a slanted ceiling of 4 feet at the corner and my boys are 6 feet tall. The small condo has seating for 4 in front of the tv. Carpets were disgusting and had virtually no internet the entire week which meant no tv or zoom calls. The antlers team was fantastic. Gabe made sure we were compensated with the lack of internet. The carpets were cleaned the next day and we were given a bottle of wine. It is in a great location and we would stay there again IF we got an updated unit.…

I would like to take a moment and apologize to you and your family that your stay was not entirely to your satisfaction. Although we cannot guarantee room requests, we were happy in your case to have been able to honor your request made at booking. I am sorry this room did not meet your expectations. The room you requested is one of our few pet-friendly units (only about 20% of our building accepts pets). These pet-friendly units are in high demand and during peak season we do not have time to perform a deep carpet cleaning in between stays. When you brought this to our attention, we promptly scheduled the carpet cleaning company to perform a deep cleaning of your unit. Our deepest apologies for the issues with the internet. Our IT team was able to locate the problem, and we no longer have any internet issues in the unit. We’re happy to know that the discount on your lodging expenses was acceptable as a token of our sincere apology for your inconvenience. I am grateful for the Antlers Team! It is the people who make this a wonderful place, and we are thankful for Gabe who was very proactive in trying to solve any issues right away. The unit you stayed in is a Platinum Rated unit, however, we take your comments to heart and will pass them along to the unit owner and our Residence Quality Management whose focus is our owner and guest satisfaction. The perfect room. Great views. Staff was excellent. Shuttle us to the store. We needed help with the TV twice and maintenance was there promptly. Daily maid service was super. Kitchen was nicely stocked.
