Pros: Brand new clean hotel. Gorgeous lobby and sitting areas. Location is perfect near bus stop to lift, and right in the beginning of Vail town. Concierge/front desk are amazing. Did not eat at restaurants other than breakfest, which was very good. Our room didnt have a mountain view, was looking over I-70. But still was pretty regardless. Cons: Expensive....

The most regrettable decision for us was to try something new in the area and book this hotel. We stayed in three different hotels in the village before and all were of a similar standard, so we assumed this one would be too since its in the same price range. What a mistake! The rooms are dull and cold looking...

The good: - Clean stylish hotel in a cool town. The ski service is awesome. The staff is amazing and will take you anywhere. The food and room service are very good too. My room had a view of the interstate so nothing memorable. The bad: - The rooms are unexpectedly bland and don't offer much luxury. I thought given...

The staff was wonderful. They all love dogs. The front desk was very attentive. The manager was so friendly. The food at the bar was OK. Dinner at the restaurant was soooo yummy. Try the gluten free chocolate cake... it's amazing.

From the moment of arrival till time of departure, the exceptionally friendly staff attempts to anticipate and satisfy all of your needs. Check in efficient and upgrade provided without request. Room was spotless and luxuriously appointed from linens to towels to robes to soaps, etc.. Unfortunately, part of the room was dark due to location of window and absence of...

We booked a short four night stay right before Christmas at this hotel. Valet only parking but it was actually pretty affordable and super convenient. The lobby is awesome and warm from the fire place that welcomes you. The greeting and tour we were provided upon check in were appreciated. There was a gentleman who gave us a lot of...

Decided to come to Vail for our honeymoon. After reading hundreds of reviews both on TA and on other sites, I landed on the Sebastian, and it couldn't have been more perfect. First and foremost, the service is incredible. I spent a lot of time talking with the concierge through email, and they were SO helpful, even before booking the...

The Sebastian is obviously a beautiful property with a fantastic location, but what separates it from its peers is the exemplary service guests recieve, from the entire staff, regardless of position--I can't speak more highly of the service I received.

I stayed at The Sebastian hotel for 6 nights on a skiing holiday. The service couldn't have been better, from the concierge contacting me prior to the stay to the front desk checking regularly that everything was going well. The facilities are great and the location is very convenient to all that Vail has to offer. I would definitely stay...
