Vail is a storybook village reminiscent of a Bavarian town. Austria Haus is located to the left when you pull into Vail village. We pulled up to the front of the hotel and were promptly greeted by the valet who took all our luggage and brought us to the front desk. Everyone was so friendly! We were early, and our room was ready, so we were able to checkin and unpack before exploring the area. Breakfast is served daily with a different highlighted dish each day. The hot tub and heated pool offer a great view of the mountains. We went in September. We had so much fun, we are talking about returning to Vail. If we do this, we would definitely stay at the Austria Haus Hotel!

This hotel is the absolute best for value, comfort and access to Vail Village sites and activities. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful - everyone, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, food service are outstanding ambassadors for the company. The overall condition of the facility is luxurious and inviting. The amenities are top-notch.

We come to Vail once an year and always stay here. Price is good (for Vail), the service is excellent and the staff helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We will keep coming back. xxxxx

They’ll never disappoints. Location of the property was beyond perfect. Walking distance if not closer to some of the best restaurants and shopping. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable but everything else was wonderful.

We enjoy staying at the Austria Haus. It reminds us of hotels we have stayed in in Germany and Switzerland. The staff are helpful and courteous. It’s close to the lifts and the shops and restaurants in Vail Village.

Great location in Vail Village. The service was friendly and accommodating. Free Vail bus service right outside your door. Excellent morning breakfast with coffee service available all day. I think you will enjoy your visit here.

Incredibly quaint, friendly, and clean little property in the heart of Vail! Location can’t be beat - fell asleep easily listening to the sound of the river outside our window. Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, even allowing me to extend my stay to take a call and in our room after checkout time. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Super clean and cozy rooms, and the bed was amazing!
