We recently stayed in room 620 at the residences for a week. Michael Beardsley helped us greatly and without him the stay would not have been as successful. We had a great housekeeping staff run by Kory. The hotel is clean and covid policies are enforced. The hotel staff themselves were not helpful and even some simple basic requests were met with difficulties.
We just returned from an 8 day stay at the Vail collection at the Ritz Carlton Residences in Lionshead Vail, CO. Despite covid the staff was extremely accommodating and went out of its way to help us with anything we requested. Michael Beardsley made sure that any request we had was taken care of quickly and efficiently. This was our third consecutive year staying here and although this year is definitely an unusual one and not the easiest time to travel, we felt that every effort was made to make our stay as comfortable and safe as possible. We our already looking forward to next year!
The Ritz was amazing!!! From the moment we walked in, we felt special! The front desk was so friendly and very helpful, especially Brittany! She went out of her way to help us find a gift we were looking for. She drew us a map, told how to catch the bus, and greeted us when when returned to make sure we got it! Everyone was helpful and they went way beyond with precautions for keeping us safe with Covid running high! I really cannot say enough about what a great experience it was! We liked it so much we have booked again for next year! The weather was perfect too! Awesome trip! Standing Ovation to y’all at the The Ritz, Vail, CO!!!
I’m good faith I reached out to the manager and to the corporate office. They did not meet the Gold Standard I am custom to at The Ritz. Staff failed and no response is a response. I expect more at this level of service.
A family of 8 went through some horrific traffic to get to the property. I was worn and in a very tired mood. And I showed my lack of patience when we pulled into the valet. But neither the valet guy nor the bell cap minded. They were still full of courtesy and helped us out in whatever way they could to settle us into our unit. Thank you! The unit (3 bed 3.5 bath) was stunning. The layout, furniture, bedding and the equipment in the kitchen were just beyond wonderful. Ritz really uses top of the line items throughout. There is no housekeeping during Covid but I really loved the delivery system. You can ask for practically anything from the housekeeping, and they might just have it. The Pool attendant (Luke?) was super friendly and trying to take care of everyone. He made lounge chairs for my large group whenever we got there. Kids had the best time in the pool. Valet was super speedy despite the large crowd at the hotel during labor day weekend. From the property to the services, this Ritz is top notch. I was just returned from another Ritz about two weeks ago and there is a day and night difference. We will be back!…
Get away vacation with friends. 2bedroom,2 n half bath suite. Very clean, very well appointed, beds n living area very comfortable. Kitchen , dining n bar area well stocked n very clean n well maintained. The staff was so helpful and professional. Everyone was quick to offer assistance often anticipated our questions offering great ideas. We went to get away from Texas heat
I arrived at the hotel at 11am with my family . I was told I will be able to get in the room as soon as I arrive . Me my husband and three little kids and an elderly with us. We asked to get our room ready ASAP because we are tired from traveling , they told us to go eat and come back it would be ready . More than 5 hours to clean a room ? That’s not nice specially when they see a big family with little kids waiting to get in the room ASAP after a long flight. Very bad it’s my first day and it wasn’t welcoming at all!
We did a staycation here while we were having some remodeling done. We loved it, our kids loved it, everyone we encountered were super friendly, we really had a great time! I can imagine it is even nicer in the winter.
We came up here for a long weekend in October. It was just the two of us (my husband and me) and we knew there wouldn’t be much to do - which sounded perfect. The residence was beautiful. Heated floors in the bathroom, well-appointed kitchen, and extremely comfortable beds. I do wish they had provided slippers! But everything else was great. The way the hotel is oriented, I would think every suite has at least one window with a gorgeous mountain view . We went down to the bar a couple of times. The bartender was very engaging and we enjoyed talking to him. The food menu was very small, and guests should know they don’t offer breakfast and food service stops at 7 pm. The bar does close for five weeks starting in mid-October. We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle to take us to Vail Village, then walked back on our own which was about a 20 minute walk. It was very scenic and beautiful, and I highly recommend the walk if the weather permits! We loved our stay here, and may make a fall trip and annual tradition. …
This is a super fabulous resort and the staff is wonderful! We 5 shared a suite that was so amazing and even had a washer & dryer in the suite. There is a shuttle to many things and once downtown Vail, buses run to get around. We took the gondola up the mountain and that was beautiful. On Sunday’s during the summer is a Farmers Market that goes on forever. Lots to see and do! I heard December and January are the busiest months with skiing and they still had snow in June this year. So unbelievably fantastic!
