Day time front desk agents have a fake smile and when you ask for help, they act like they do you a favor.House keeping doesn't clean your room properly. The garbage is still there,no shampoo, creamer for the coffee. The walls are thin you can hear everything.

Location is great, staff very nice, very good continental breakfast each morning; stayed in a 'queen' room, pretty small room, very small bathroom, bath tub fixtures were loose and not 100% secured to the wall, some bathroom tile/grout was damaged, toilet seat was damaged, sink was slow to drain; stayed in a room nearest the village entrance so it was...

We came out to Vail Village for 5 days of skiing. The location of this property (Vail Center Place 3) was fantastic and I'm not sure you'd get a better location at this price! A 2 minute walk from Gondola 1 and right above the Patagonia store in the heart of Vail Village. It is not the most up-to-date interior,...

Christiana is a fabulous location close to the Village Gondala and the Vail Village itself. The Chateaus (Apartments) are spacious and well appointed by their individual owners and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful..........its like having staying in an Austrian apartment in the centre of Vail village!!

I have stayed at the Christiania both individually as well as with my family several times over the past 15 years. I just love the charming European feel, the warm, helpful and welcoming staff, the great breakfast and the convenience of the ski-in/ski-out. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Free access to the Vail Athletic club is a great bonus...

I first skied at Vail in 2009, and stayed at the Christiania. Since then I have skied at Vail for 10 years and only stay at the Christiania. It's unique character, location, service and room quality makes it the best.

The hotel had a very nice ambience. The place looked old European and had cute chandeliers at their front door. The staff was super nice and welcoming. We had someone come to our car, carry everything inside, park our car, and check in on us. They helped us with getting extra towels and bathroom necessities when needed – all expectations...

The accommodations were exactly as they were represented to me when booking. The staff were all fantastic. One lady sent me a map of the Vail village marking some of her favorite places to eat. After my arrival all the staff I dealt with during my stay when over and above to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I...

We stayed for a weekend while skiing in Vail. Very close to the gondola. Everybody was very welcoming and friendly during our stay. There was an issue with the sink and they immediately took care of it and made a point to accommodate us with parking and drinks!!! Good continental breakfast. Free wi-fi. Bar with entertainment on Friday night. Clean,...
