Concierge was very helpful and friendly. It was all about the location to the slopes bit nothing special about the rooms. Awesome spa and work out facility. We enjoyed the hot tubs and fire pits. If visiting Vail again I would stay there.

While this is not the newest and may not be the highest quality resort because of its age or architecture, its amenities make it superior in many ways. I love this hotel! As another frequent guest pointed out, many of the newer hotels are beautiful, but sandwiched in the middle of the town. The Cascade is away from the center...

The room was very nice and comfortable. At night, we grilled sausages over the flames near the pool area. The kids were able to watch a movie while swimming in the heated pool. However, we had a hard time falling asleep because we could hear the conversation coming from the adjoining room. Then, at 2 am the whole family was...

This resort has a great mix of both modern/contemporary and old-school mountain lodge charm. Beautiful common areas, comfortable loungey furniture. We had a basic king bed room, which was comfortable. We could have upgraded to a mountain view or a king suite, but we knew we wouldn't spend much time in the room anyway. The only thing we would have...

This hotel goes back a few years - but it is very well-maintained. The public areas are very nice - a wonderful library, very pleasant bar, decks, restaurant and pool. The rooms are pleasant, but a bit dated. The staff, however, is invariably pleasant and helpful, and genuinely want guests to enjoy their stay. Vail can be very, very expensive...
