We booked their four bedroom condo for two weeks and it was amazing . Perfect for our family with 4 adults and 5 kids. The staff here are so friendly and the location is perfect. We loved the morning complimentary breakfast and daily housekeeping . The adhered to all CDC recommendations and enforced masks throughout the hotel for all guests. This was our fifth visit to this establishment and each time we loved being there. Also used the Aveda spa on the property and as a guest you get a discount for the Aveda services. It was a perfect vacation to Telluride and we love staying here..

We decided to join some other family members who were staying in another condo nearby. Booked about 5 weeks out and decided to go with a 2 BR, 2 BA condo for our party of 4. Camel’s Garden exceeded our expectations! Condo was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable and great showers after a day of hiking. Several of us enjoyed the hot tub with its beautiful views - we were always the only ones in it. We didn’t cook full meals, but enjoyed the coffee maker, frig and dishwasher for our snacks and drinks. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Because this is a smaller hotel, they are able to help in any way they can. Doug was a wonderful host (also from NC) and can’t say enough about Cindy who served us a delicious breakfast each morning. Don’t forget to tip her as she works hard and is a wealth of information on the area if you want any insights. The location is perfect! We paid for parking which was worth it, but found someone in our dedicated space each time we tried to park. The staff quickly responded each time and helped us park in another spot. Some tips... ride the gondola up to the top at sunset and you will be rewarded with the most beautiful one you’ve ever seen... no lines around dinner time. We walked to Clarks Market a few times to replenish fruit, snacks, drinks, chips, and sandwich items. They have salads, sandwiches, and other deli items if you want a quick and healthy alternative to restaurant carry out. The restaurant at the hotel, Oak, had surprisingly good food that you can enjoy outside on the patio overlooking the gondola or take back to your room. If you have a 4X4, ride up to bridal veil falls and hike from there for a breathtaking experience. Several in our party rented Polaris RXR1000’s in Ouray to ride trails and said it was the BEST outdoor experience they ever had! The million dollar highway is another must do for the incredible views. We stayed the last week in July in unit 301. Only complaint was our unit was always warm and it was hard to circulate air even though it was never more than 60 degrees outside. There are standalone AC units in the living room and king bedroom, but none in the queen bedroom. We had to keep the door to the balcony open for air which would have been fine, but it rained the entire 4 days and the Telluride 100 mountain bike race was this weekend and it was very noisy outside starting at 5am. Didn’t bother us that much, but if you have to have AC in all your bedrooms talk to the staff before you book to make sure you have what you need. Overall a fantastic stay!!!

Very nice stay with a large room. The room was spotless, large and fairly impressive. There was a few seats outside the room but we didn't use them as the view was pretty much the working mechanisms for an off-season ski lift. The room itself was huge and well appointed. We made use of the $15 underground parking garage. Telluride was bustling and it was fairly difficult to drive to the hotel just with all of the foot traffic. Difficult may not be correct, it was pretty packed so you navigated slowly and carefully. The garage was snug, but we had no problems getting in with a full sized SUV. It sure made it easy to park and unpack. There was a breakfast available on the 2nd floor. With COVID restrictions it was done with a single server. There was cereal, bagels and hot cinnamon rolls.

Our room was larger than I expected. The location cannot be beat. This has been my favorite place to stay in Telluride. It is conveniently located near the gondola. There is also a lift at the backdoor, and you can pick up a lift ticket steps away from your room.
