Bear Lodge 6108 is bright and enchanting. With spacious windows that welcome the outdoor environment inside, this property is amazingly close to nature. We loved the patio with lovely views to the beautiful grounds, which provided a great spot to enjoy the day. We were very comfortable and felt at-home. Highly recommended.

Very nice condo on a beautiful resort property. Very nice swimming pool with nice towels, umbrellas and common seating areas. Lots of space to relax while social distancing. Our unit had an incredibly comfortable bed with very premium bedding and a well equipped kitchen for meals,as well as a Large outdoor private patio. We had an Excellent stay.

Our first-ever stay in Steamboat Springs was a great family vacation for 11 parents, kids, and grandkids. Lots to do. The condo was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped (for all cook-in meals). Though dated (built in '93), Trappeurs Lodge had old charm and mature, well-kept grounds. The pool and patio (with cooking grills) was great. Disappointed that the hot tubs were not open (due to Covid). One big hiccup: the mini-split air conditioners in our unit (#1111) had an annoying, repeating start-up sound that continued even when the units were shut off. I registered a complaint at the front desk on Saturday morning but got no response for the remainder of our stay. Sigh.

The unit that we rented in Emerald Lodge was not what we expected. The image below is worth a thousand words. We entered the unit and the first thing that we saw was this dirty and torn rug. Things did not go well from there on.

This location recommended highly by family. So disappointing. It was very dirty and many of the amenities were substandard. Employees notified and had to be reminded to come clean again. They did a substandard job. For example, in all bathrooms the bottles of liquid hand soap had maybe 1/4" inch of soap. The barbecue was filthy, and the green water problem in the jacuzzi wasn't fixed until our third day into this nightmare. Needless to say we never went barefoot! Management team not responsive, no one had checked our room before we came, had to go to office and make calls many times to voice our concerns. Take your business elsewhere.
