Great lodging pick! Cleanliness, location, amenities, and affordability were all great. The layout of the unit housed our two families of five wonderfully! Had hot tub issues and maintenance responded quickly.

The condo was extremely well furnish. It was convenient to restaurants and gondola. The snow conditions were fantastic. The lift lines short even though lots of skiers. I would recommend this condo. We were able to rent equipment nearby. Enjoyed the hot tubs after a day of skiing. The fireplace was very relaxing in condo.

We have been coming to Trappeurs at least once per year for about 10 years. We have always had a nice room. The room we have is not at all what we are accustomed to. When we arrived, workers were coming in to fix cupboard that were hanging. We have 4 bedrooms but seating in the living room for only 6. We have 10 people here. We have always loved Trappeur's but are now rethinking it. This unit should not be rented as a 4 bedroom. We have no place to put our suitcases, there is no dresser, the sink is in our bedroom. Trappeur's has always made our ski trips special but this time has fallen short. We are very disappointed. -

We have stayed at Trappeurs for years and enjoyed it. This year we did NOT. There is so much that was disappointing about Aspen 4110. Leather couches and chair that were depicted in online photos were replaced with cheap blue couches that not only didn’t match the decor and looked like they belonged in my college sons apartment but were very uncomfortable. Cheap coffee table but their was an oversized kitchen table that didn’t compliment the small space. Subpar linens and and ratty stained pillows. Fire pit not working upon arrival but was resolved. This unit came with a private hot tub. Old and in need of replacement. I visited the front desk every morning to report something was broken. The fireplace didn’t work for our last 2 days which was very sad. The front desk employees were initially helpful but then they seemed happy to see me leave. Played phone tag with the assistant manager, George our entire stay as I tried to enjoy my time on the mountain each day. I left a message for the General Manager, JJ but he never returned my call. Aspen Trappeurs is in serious need of an upgrade. I do not see us staying there, or recommending it ever again. Extremely disappointing!

Our second stay at Emerald Lodge Unit 5114. We like this particular unit because it is one of the few one bedrooms and it has a private hot tub. The office staff is helpful and the unit clean. The reason I gave a 4 star rather than a 5 star is two fold. The dresser in the bedroom is unusable some we just left our clothes in our suitcases in the living area. Last time we stayed the private shuttle service was awesome. This year was not. Our first day out on Monday they were only running one shuttle. Several large ski clubs were staying in the complex and we waited upward of 30 minutes for the shuttle. Several of us called and complained and they fixed it for the rest of the week.

The unit at Trappeurs was perfect for our group. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the shared kitchen saved us money as we could stock up on groceries. The free shuttle was super convenient for getting around and we were close enough to the slopes to walk even carrying gear. Loved our stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Bear Lodge 6303. Unit was clean and fully stocked. Could not beat proximity to base. Easy walk wearing boots. Staff from booking to checkout were easy to work with. Would not hesitate to recommend Bear Lodge.
