WE were pleasantly surprised with our 2 bedroom villa at Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas. It was under covid restrictions so the hot tubs and other amenities were closed including the stores, restaurant and bar, which was disappointing. Our room was newly remodeled and very modern. It was well furnished with everything needed, including a humidifier and small kitchen appliances.

Just spend a little money and refresh the place...okay! The Sheraton Resort Villas is a great location and it could be awesome with a little TLC. There were a few nice people on staff but many were just rude. The room was very average. The bathroom needed a new shower curtain (what hotel/resort still uses shower curtains anyway? How about glass doors!). The shower curtain smelled of mildew! Pew! I will not return unless it is under new ownership/management. We left two days early anyway.

We stayed in Steamboat on our way to VT from Jackson. I have to say I’ve wanted to come here forever. The hotel is pretty nice even though the restaurant isn’t allowed to be open until December. What? Restaurants are bustling downtown and the restaurant at the hotel can’t open? Huge inconvenience especially with kids. They’re also isn’t much food in walking distance and Steamboat delivers is robbery. It’s really the only way to get food. Also, the staff is pretty friendly (Jason is super awesome) except someone named Jan? No milk or juice in the hotel at all and Jan offered no advice or anything. Just “okay bye.” Disappointing. Rooms are cool but I doubt I would stay here again. Parking with trailers also sucks.

Stayed 2 nights in October for a total of $450 in the condo suite that had 1 bedroom, a full living room, kitchen and outside patio. Although spacious, seemed outdated, compared to when we stayed here last year. Great views though. With COVID no room turn over. All in all, it was ok.

The unit was nice, well appointed. Kitchen had no oven, microwave was OLD. Second bedroom was super small. Our biggest complaint was we had no hot water for 3 days of our stay and it was never fixed after calling and asking for maintenance. We left a day early because of this. From check-in we were treated rudely upon arrival. We called guest services for linens, after an hour we called again and were told they had only 1 staff member to deliver in the whole large resort so we had to go get our own. There were no trash bags supplied, no chute or trash room - they said just sit trash outside your door. Gross. All in all little things add up to an unacceptable stay. Very disappointed in this "resort". Spoke to the GM at check out. He said he'd be in touch with Interval and get back with us on Friday to see about compensation but today is Tuesday, have not heard a word. Poor management all the way around.
