The property has a great pool/steam room and good access to the slopes, otherwise is was in disrepair, old, and dated. The bar sold drinks, but that was about it. No atmosphere or inviting staff. Only one shared microwave and it was dirty. Asked several times for it to be cleaned. Requested several room service items but had to go to the desk to get them myself. We were disappointed and felt it didn't stand up to the Hyatt name.
We used to stay this hotel owed by Destination Snowmass in past years. This year gave me quite different feeling to restay Stonebridge inn. Airport shuttle pickup: no need reservation as hotel email recommended but actually needed from the call Less experience front desk not much help from them In-site restaurant used to be very good especially breakfast during this trip it was closed for two days in a week, food was not as good as usual. We tried one day breakfast and did not want to eat there again.
Convenient location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room is kinda small and property outdated Breakfast is expensive. The staff recommended us to someplace else which we appreciated his honesty. There’s no AC so room is really warm even in March.
Great location and the staff was very helpful. Nice hot tubs and pools. However, the rooms are too small for 2 queen beds and are in a serious need of an update. The carpet is old and worn, toilet did not work well - the room was clean but worn.
Steps from the slopes, great atmosphere, only issue was, like many places today, a lack of staff caused the in house restaurant to close two days during the week. This was not a problem as there are many great places to eat within an easy walking distance.
This was my very first visit to Snowmass and I came right before the major travel season began, it was perfect. The hotel staff is accommodating and professional. They really do try to help you with most of your needs and go above and beyond to help you if they can't. There are shuttles and buses to and from the airport, the grocery stores, and even the other towns right at the foot of the hotel. The hotel staff also has a shuttle and tries to accommodate those that ask or reserve a time to be somewhere. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are kept very well. Housecleaning is on time and respectful. The restaurant staff became favorites as I would go have dinner at the bar area when I was alone. The food is pretty well done, I loved the Elk Chilli especially. The prices are also very reasonable and the Happy Hour menu is very well thought out and executed. I will be back and stay here again. …
Great slope side hotel, staff was very helpful, restaurant food was great. Beds comfortable, all expected amenities and shuttle around Snowmass and to/from airport. Hotel was quiet at nice for great sleep.
This room is next to the lobby and next to a high traffic area. People are having fun and tend to be loud - but you can hear everything from the lobby to the public bathrooms right outside. Room #401 will give you the the opposite of a peaceful rest. And we paid an upgraded rate for this horrible experience.
Bed was comfortable. Everything else was a disaster. World of Hyatt status and benefits were ignored/absent. 11am checkout was begrudgingly granted, but housekeeping knocked on the door - twice - despite a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign. $3 for a 4 oz Diet Coke in a glass, and was told no refills allowed. Follow-up to the restaurant manager resulted in him lying to my face about the policy, which mysteriously changed the following day to allowing free refills for fountain drinks. Front desk staff poorly trained about reminding guests of potential errors in Town of Snowmass Village parking forms (Wyoming plates having county codes before the actual plate number), and then shouted "How is that our fault" while trying to resolve the situation after discovering parking tickets at checkout. There are numerous condos and hotels out there in Snowmass. Choose another one if you can.…
I don’t write many negative reviews but here we go…I stayed at this Inn as part of a large ski group. I was advised to call the Inn upon arrival at ASE and a shuttle would pick me up. After 2 phone calls and an hour of waiting I called for an Uber. I got to the Inn, checked in and headed to my room. It was 65 degrees in my room and the thermostat would not budge. I called the front desk twice to request maintenance. No one ever came and I went down to the front desk to ask if I could change rooms. No rooms were available and they gave me 2 space heaters. When the rest of the ski group arrived, all of the reservations were not correct. They gave my room key to someone that was not staying in my room. Thankfully I knew her and she gave me her key. This could have been a huge liability issue let alone a safety issue. Throughout our 7 night stay the heat was never fixed. We had to continue using space heaters and added extra blankets to the bed. The hallways wreaked of marijuana. I understand that it’s legal in Colorado but instead a building? The front desk staff didn’t seem to have much control about anything and continued to apologize to customers for a variety of things throughout the week. On a positive not, the Arsenal had delicious food. Jeffrey was friendly and helpful. I told him that he should be running this place. I travel a lot and know that things happen. However it is unacceptable to not have heat during our vacation and not have anyone care about it. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.…
