Excellent apartment, very complete and comfortable. It's not luxurious, but it has everything you need: full kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom, suite and balcony. Very clean and organized. It is very interesting that they even offer an air humidifier as the humidity is very low and it was extremely useful.
It offers a chauffeur service for transfers to/from the airport and to points in the village. Super kind and polite driver. This service is a highlight.
All the staff were very friendly, polite and extremely kind.
Changes towels, basic housekeeping such as rubbish removal at no additional cost.
Excellent location, you can go out with your ski boots as the slopes are close by.
Very warm Jacuzzi and heated pool that can be used even on the coldest days.
It offers a free car space and free Wi-Fi.
Anyway, I highly recommend this accommodation. I'll be back for sure! Congratulations on the wonderful service we received!

I do not think I would stay at Stonebridge again. The staff was nice, but communication wasn't great as it took many requests to replace 2 bulbs that were not working upon my arrival. Ultimately, the bulbs were replaced.
I would have liked to see signs or notifications for guests about noise level - tv volume, etc. I could hear loud televisions on more than one occasion and a constant release of doors slamming shut. I appreciate the designated 10pm hour for the start of quiet time, but excessively loud television/other noise is not fair to others at any hour. Quiet (not stone silence) is a reasonable expectation at a hotel as it is a place for rest and comfort. Rooms are a bit dark and depressing. My impression is that Hyatt knows they can get a high price due to desirability of the location. Overall, it's a friendly place but does not reflect the vibe and beauty of its setting.

This hotel was just OK. First off, we paid well over 200 dollars for our room. When we arrived there was no soap, and the room was sweltering. I know Snowmass cools at night, but the day time is hot. The rooms have no AC. Which again, is tolerable at night. But if you’re charging people this amount of money, there really should be air-conditioning in the rooms. Additionally, the toilet barely flushed, and the water pressure was basically a drip. I’d give it 3 stars!

First our room and all the other had zero a/c. Hall temperature was kept at 80 degrees and after putting the floor fan in the fully opened windows to bring cool air in, the lowest our room was able to get was 80 and that was horrible for trying to sleep. In addition, we got the breakfast buffet and were charged an automatic 18% tip and all she did was bring us each one coffee. One other thing was the ice machine was broken and it seemed no one knew how to fix it.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to write a review of our property. I am sorry to hear that you were uncomfortably hot during your stay. There are occasions when it is hot enough to be a problem, but most of the summer proves to be mild and comfortable. You are correct though, we do not have a/c. The ice machine did stop running this week, and unfortunately must be replaced. A replacement will be here soon.

What is it with traveling post pandemic that businesses think they can shortchange guests? In addition to being run down and just plain gross it started at check in. We were told ‘we are only cleaning the rooms every 3rd day die to pandemic staff shortages’. What is this, a hostel? I would believe this if every hotel was experiencing this which they are not. So in a hot area like Aspen I find it hard to believe. Next when using the gym locker room facilities enjoying the sauna and shower it seemed to be unusually hot after while getting ready. Looking at the thermostat it was almost 80. I asked the front desk after this and I was told that due to a leak they keep the A/C off in the womens locker room. Really? Then their restaurant was closed half the week so there goes on site food. Additionally there was an access door with no lock at all. Anyone could enter the complex at anytime. Safety is not first for their guests. And the rooms…. Really was over looking at the rust and mold in the rooms bathroom and gross brown carpets. Just such a disappointment, do yourself a favor and spend a bit more.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback, and I am sorry to hear your expectations were not met. We are always looking to improve our guest experience, and I look forward to sharing your comments with our team so we can provide a more positive experience in the future. Staffing has continued to be extremely challenging in our industry and especially within our resort community. We hope that things will go back to normal for us soon. If you will be back in the Snowmass area again, we would appreciate the opportunity to turn around your impression of us.

I came here for a culinary and adventure tour. When we arrived, our room was not ready; and we missed our fist activity because we could not change for it. The cafe consistently changed their rules as to what our menu was supposed to include. The manager was not very nice, but the other cafe staff were very sweet. The beds are too firm, and the pillows offer no support. The rooms have no AC, so you depend on open windows for cooling the room down. The night time front desk was wonderful! Shout out to Andrew. All in all, if it’s the only place you can book and can suffer through some bad sleep… this place is for you! It’s in a wonderful location and has easy access to the busses. The busses by the way are free for seniors and up to Aspen, then cost depending on location (info the front desk didn’t have).

We had an excellent experience at the Stonebridge Inn. We stayed there for 8 nights with our two daughters. Roger at the front desk was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to assign us a room with a view. We went out to dinner and by the time we returned to the hotel he had already delivered our luggage and placed our groceries in the fridge. That is an example of excellent customer service!!
The hotel is very well located, with easy direct access to the slopes, bus stop at the front entrance, parking across the street, and a Christys ski rental shop in the condo section of the complex. The room was ample and clean, and the hotel has a heated pool, hot tub and fitness center.
The restaurant was good although service was slow.
All in all we had a very good experience and would recommend it to others.

Stonebridge apparently has a $13 per night resort fee. However they keep this scam a secret until after you checked in and get settled. Then, for the $13 the restaurant was closed while we were there, and the single ice machine, which by the way, serves all 100 rooms, was broke down. They offered no reimbursement for those going to the market for ice. This place had a decor straight outta 1978. I'm 64 and I had flashbacks to when I was 18. The room was clean. The staff was great, except for the front desk nazis. There was no amenities as far as this was summer and not the ski season. Don't believe them when they say the room has a view of the mountains. Our room was looking at a road beneath it and a tree above it. In the early AM cars were driving on the road...very noisy. We were glad to leave there.

Easy walking distance to ski slope. Our ski club booked this location and were handled well for group of 40 skiers. Bar and restaurant on site, a bit pricey. Easy access on local bus to resort and other Aspen ski areas. Car parking was additional fee per night.

Stayed for 4 nights with a family of four for spring break skiing. Pros: location to the slopes - truly ski in and out and easy walk uphill or downhill to the Snowmass malls. Pool and hot tubs are well maintained, large and lovely. Cons: rooms are very dated, small and overall dark with some (i.e. nice shampoo/conditioners, humidifier provided, good set-up for leaving ski equipment in lockers and the entrance of room) but not all (i.e. useful trashcans, plates or silver ware, sufficient hooks or towels for 4 guests) amenities that make a ski hotel room work. Most disappointing was the reservation process was disorganized and ended up in a room we did not think we had booked and of smaller size than we wanted. The whole booking process required multiple call-backs to get a confirmation and was overall a poor experience. Actually being on the property was much better, but the staff seem exhausted and therefore, largely uninterested (or are not empowered) to assist. Overall, a great option to be slope side for a reasonable price point, but definitely not luxury.

No pets was the word in March. I would certainly ask though in the off season there would be some slack???...there must be a nice boarding kennel nearby. It is a great area for amenities.
Hello - I am responding from the Stonebridge Inn team. Our property is located 50 yards from the slope. From our front door you turn left and walk to the ski run - located halfway between the Base Village and the Village Mall. From there you can ski down to either the Village Express Chair or the Elk Camp Gondola. Hope this helps!
If we get a package more than seven days prior to your arrival we do charge $ 5.00 per package to hold the item for you. If its less than seven days before your arrival it is free of charge.
thank you
