We drove from Grand Lake , lots of road work going on and gps got confused while location the property .One need to get Mountain Chalet which is the next property for getting check - in registration . Rooms are pretty old , no air conditioners , some old racks - on a whole I find it very very old... More

Came back to stay (been here before in 2013) knowing full well what to expect. Let's be clear, this property is not for the faint of heart ;) Aspen-aspiring fur-wearing tourists. Could this place use a major renovation ? It surely does without any doubt. But as it is, for a fraction of the price you'd pay anywhere else in... More

And thus I complete my trifecta of stays at slopeside Snowmass dives - the grumpy-but-clean Pokolodi, the bizarrely-decorated-but-effective Holiday Inn, and now the truly divey Snowmass Inn. See and heed the other reviews - it's, um, basic. For the benefit of management, there are some obvious ways to improve the value and experience for guests. So, Snowmass Inn is part... More

The Snowmass Inn is a real dump. It's saving grace is that it is nearly slopeside and it's cheap. The inn is decades overdue for renovation. There is no hair dryer in the room. You store your skis in the room. The linoleum tiles in the bathroom floor have huge gaps. There is no daily maid service. I wish I... More

The plusses are the price was right since we just needed a one-night before our group came in the next day, the location right next to the Snowmass Mall was great, and the pickup at Aspen Airport and Customer Service from the shuttle driver and the front desk were great. The minuses is that it needs a serious update, paint... More

Minimal amenities but the rooms are good. Inroom coffee but no breakfast of any kind. Microwaves, large bar refrigerator and small sink. No office. Service from Snowmass Hospitality next door at the Mountain Chalet is good. You can use the pool on other side at the Pokodoloki Lodge. Located a very short walk from slopes and Mall. Low price considering... More

Great location, great price, but the "needs to be updated" does not even come close to the need to just gut and re-do, or more likely knock down. Everything worked (hot water, heat, TV, lights...) but all at a beat up level. Desk staff was great. Would I come again? For 1/3 of other hotels per nite, YES, as I... More

The room was large with two double beds, but the place was not well maintained. The desk area was aside the bed, so no place to sit. The refrigerator would hardly open since the door rubbed on the carpet. The worst part was the steps and walkways were not shoveled off, so snow and ice made for slippery conditions. Oh... More

Excellent location - 25 yards to slope side. Good service and location, but the property is tired. 1970's motel type room was spacious enough, but the bed and linens were industrial. Wifi was weak and slow. Decent value.

This is not a modern or recently updated hotel. The rooms are outdated, but clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was very poor, making it difficult to wash my hair. The water would randomly change to freezing cold or scalding hot during the shower as well. The hotel is in an excellent... More
