I stayed one night in the Steampunk room (one of only a few where dogs are allowed, on the second floor, a queen bed). Good news: (1) The owner/manager, Tana, is a gracious, sincere host. (Although I arrived at the end of Happy Hour, she poured me a second glass of wine and gave me extra crackers/cheese/salami. And she was... More

We are disappointed that you did not enjoy your room. Our room rate for that room is 145.00 plus tax, which is around 10% and we have no control over that. We allow dogs in specific rooms as we have guests that are allergic to pets and are one of only three hotels in town that allow pets and we... More

Our stay was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. We especially liked the fruit smoothies and we appreciated how they accommodated our children's tastes and my vegetarianism. One caveat is that the family suite has an odd layout. The sitting room is in the front of the hotel and has 2 windows but the 2 bedrooms are behind it... More

For being such an old hotel the rooms and building are very well kept up. Bathrooms can be rather iffy in older hotels, but this one was renovated (at least in the Playful Partners). The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. I was there at high season and paid a high price, but that's to be... More

We enjoyed our one-night stay at the Wyman. Our next stay will be longer! This 1902 hotel is charming with lovely antiques and interesting historical photographs. Highlights: very comfortable bed and an amazing breakfast! Our room on the north side, second floor had a beautiful view. But back to the breakfast...served in a small dining room on the first floor.... More

We went there last year to celebrate an anniversary. It is a beautiful old building, and the rooms are very nice. Breakfast was very good, and I would have given this 5 stars but I think it is overpriced, especially for Silverton.

The owner was so accommodating and was a great help. Part of our family needed to be in a downstairs room and she made it happen. The upstairs family room for the rest of us was lovely, I recommend it for grandparents, parents and kids. Great coffee, wonderful breakfast and lovely afternoon wine with snacks. I plan on staying there... More

We were riding the million dollar highway on our Harley and made a stop in town, only to be forced to stay the night due to weather. Glad we did! This hotel is charming and it was like stepping back in time. The room was very clean, bed COMFY! They served breakfast the next morning, I can tell you that... More

Others reviewers have wonderfully described this historical hotel in Silverton. We stayed in the Miners room on the first floor with tub and shower. Recommended. Evening snacks, cheeses, wine, lemonade. We were pleasantly surprised at the gourmet breakfast-- fruit smoothie, omelet, fresh orange juice, excellent coffee-- delicious. This place is not a resort, but service and history make this a... More
