Booked for 2 nights for a hiking trip. We wanted a comfortable bed and nice shower. This motel offered both. Room was spacious and shower was nice. I wish there were a bigger area to put toiletries and things on when using them in the bathroom. There was a mini fridge and microwave. There is no A/C as stated. There was a fan and you could open the windows. However, it was noisy with the windows open until other guests settle in for the night. Easy walk ti restaurants. I would stay here again.
The motel has been renovated since I stayed there about 5 years ago, My room, Room #1, was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. This is probably one of the better places to stay in Silverton. I think it is a bit pricy for what you get, but it's a seller's market in Silverton - there really isn't that much to choose from in terms of convenient hotels/motels.
We weren’t real happy with this hotel. First we booked our room at The Prospector and they were being renovated so they moved us to the Triangle, I booked this room in April, we were only notified if the change about an hour before our arrival. The room was nice and clean, however, we had big black ants in the room. We went to the office to let them know. The manager did come right over and she ran to the store to get some glue traps. They didn’t help and the ants were crawling on us, In the bed!! They never checked on us again or offered any compensation for the inconvenience. They wanted to move us to a room with a Queen bed, well, it was my husband and I and our 12 year old 5’6” son. No way would we fit in that bed. Also, we stayed for 4 nights and had several bags due to traveling for a total of 9 nights. If it was my hotel I would have definitely checked on my customers and compensated them.…
We stayed for one night and had two rooms: an upstairs suite with a king, twin, and futon with kitchen and a downstairs queen/double. Rooms were clean and comfy. Great location for town. We did have an issue with the bedroom in the suite (tv and beside lights didn't work) and there is no AC but a plug in fan was there so that helped. We would stay there again as this would make a great spot for a home base while hiking and exploring in the Silverton area.
This is a bad place to stay!! I’ve been going to Silverton every fall in September and I always stayed at the triangle motel. This year the prices have doubled and the new management is horrible. The only people they cater to are the side by side atv travelers. Me and my mom were put in the back of the motel where there have never been rooms before. I was so disappointed. I won’t be going back to stay a the Triangle motel again!! Twenty years in a row I have been going to Silverton in the fall and stayed at the Triangle!! I was so devastated of the new management!! They have ruined it!!
Don’t let the outside fool you. Rooms are very clean and have been renovated in the last year. Small room but adequate size bathroom. Nice touch with beetle kill pine trim work. Includes breakfast- good variety including fruit and variety of coffees. Good value for the money.
Room were clean. Close to everything. People were very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay. If your ever in the area, please check out the Triangle hotel, or the Prospector hotel, which is just down the street. It is actually closer to shops an eateries.
This motel was just right. The price for our suite was reasonable, particularly for peak season. The two bedroom suite easily accommodated our family of five. The continental breakfast had something to fill everyones belly. The attached “c store” allowed us to supplement and get lunch goodies. The housekeeping staff attended to all aspects of the room and kitchenette. The suite was spotless on arrival. We dont believe you can beat this place for the value.
No frills, super clean with very comfortable beds. 2 blocks from downtown. Desk staff not overly friendly, but it is no problem. Continental breakfast very skimpy - and gone by 8.30. Recommend if it fits your budget nicely and you are looking for simple and comfortable.
Rooms and beds are comfortable and cozy, though they don't appear to have AC. Maybe unnecessary- I've never visited Silverton when it's hot. Surprised that they came with kitchenettes. Beware of the bed side shelves, which are above bed level. Easy to knock your head on a corner of you don't pay attention.
