Booked this motel for daughter and friends for spring break. In all my years of traveling for business and pleasure i have never had such helpful and cordial customer service. Joni even called to ensure that my daughter and friends were ok since they were late. My daughter just texted me saying her friends keep thanking her for booking Magic...

Small old Motor Lodge just off the beach covered in neon with pink flamingos embedded in the stucco walls - what more could you ask for. Furnishings were a little lacking but the beds were comfy and the old tile bathrooms were really cool. We had a two room suite with a kitchenette. Everything was very clean. The staff was...

This place was originally built in 1951. It is very close to the beach, I can hear the waves while sitting outside. It is nice and quiet. The rooms are cozy and decorated in fun style with a mural in each. The outside is lit with pastel neon and pink flamingos. It's an updated version of an old beach motel....

They were booked up so they put us at their sister hotel next door which was fine. Both hotels are old but nicely kept up. We had a full free hot breakfast at the magic beach hotel each morning. This is the cutest hotel. It is right on the beach It looks like it is from the 60's or even...

Almost hate to share this gem but hey Karma works well for me. Its a great spot for doing nothing on purpose or shore or pier fishing. You can rent a boat at the pier or just swim in the pool. Its all good.

We really enjoyed our two day stay here; very clean, right by the beautiful beach and easy to get downtown. Loved our room (109) because we had an ocean view and a private sitting area outside. The pool area was immaculate, actually the whole property was...there was a musty smell in the drawers of the dresser so we didn't use...

Pam, We are glad you enjoyed your visit. I will inform housekeeping of your comment regarding the drawers so they can be aired out a bit. Being an original "Old Florida" hotel and in such proximity to the beach it's hard to keep that humidity out. We really appreciate when our guests recognize our uniqueness and provide such great reviews!

This motel is Great! loved the old art deco style and painted murals in the room. It was clean and comfortable with a wonderful location right by the beach within walking distance to Publix and some restaurants. It was also just a short drive over the bridge to old St. Augustine. We had good conversations with Zoe at the front...

I have lived in St Augustine for 12 years and we have stayed here at least 5 other times over the last 8 or so years. Sometimes with children, sometimes with pets, sometimes with both. A few weeks ago, after packing up my StA home of 12 years to move up north, my husband checked for availability online for the...

Last minute decision to get out of town for Christmas led me to find this little gem! For last minute, and holiday weekend, very great price! Loved the location, far enough away from the crowds, but close enough for a nice walk over the bridge to downtown!! (If you like walking) The staff were all really welcoming!! They have a...

My son and I stayed here on a Saturday night. It was quiet and close to down town. Also there are a number of Ingress portals that you can hit from the rooms. A+. The beach ad a large Publix are within walking distance. They were very accommodating of my son's service animal.
