This was our first year back after a 4 year hiatus. Our kids were finally both old enough to be in the riding program (9 and 7 years old). I have been going to the ranch since 1980 (off and on) and I was slightly nervous whether my children would love it as much as I did. I need not... More

We have had the best experiences at Lost Valley Ranch. The staff are always kind and helpful, the meals are some of the best I've had, and the cabins are perfect for families of any size. We're usually there in April, and the weather is just right, with some patchy snow. Our kids love the horses and hiking.

We are here at the Ranch for the 7th time! The kids programs are outstanding.. From little to late teens, they will keep them busy all day with riding, swimming in the creek, fishing, trap shooting, tennis courts, and a swimming pool--not to mention a player for the little ones and a few puppies to play with during the day!!... The Ranch has always been one of our favorite vacation destinations. We made it out for a week this June and had an unforgettable experience. The food, the cabins, the horses, the porch swings, peach punch, dinner bells, melodrama, and the wonderful staff make this place so special for us and so many other families. You can't ask for a... Our family had the absolute best experience at Lost Valley Ranch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing, the service was extremely professional, and the atmosphere and location made it a beautiful, fun family experience. Great for kids of all ages, and a wonderful place for college kids to work during the summer.

Last weekend 30 or so folks from my company descended on Lost Valley Ranch like a herd of--buffalo? The folks at the ranch were incredibly accommodating, kind, and fun. The walks along the creek and up the hills among the newly-sprouting wildflowers were beautiful and serene. We had a personable and fun guide on our horseback riding adventure; he kept... More

This was my first adventure at a dude ranch. It was for a company outing and I had no idea what to expect!
