Went to Redcliff for the spreading of our parents ashes. Hadn’t been to Redcliff in about 18 years so things have changed a lot. Got checked in at the Green Bridge Inn and really didn’t have high expectations. What a surprise. We were in Room 31, there are only 14 rooms, and I have to say it was really nice. The king bed was great for me and maybe a bit hard for the wife. All in all pretty good. The room had a dorm size refrigerator that was adequate for what we needed. The shower was good with just right water pressure and not too soft or hard water. Also, the room was very quiet. Slept like babies!!!

A real plus here; the price on Booking.com was $110/night. We made the reservation over the phone with the hotel and the price was $129/night. I told the person what was on Booking.com and she gladly price matched. A pleasant surprise.

Now the best part; the room is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. No comparison to any hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I can honestly say I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. We plan to come back again just to stay at the Green Bridge Inn.

We stayed here for a few days for a little winter vacation to go skiing. We chose this location because it seemed to be about halfway between Vail and Beavercreek. It was a gorgeous 20 minute or so drive to either, but well worth it based on how much hotels any closer to the ski resorts cost! The bathroom was clean and spacious and the room itself was just the right size. There are plenty of outlets near the beds so you don't have to search for a place to charge your devices. The town itself is tiny but in the lobby of the hotel they have a small store with a few choices of things to buy for breakfast (and actually lunch or dinner too). We got bagels, muffins, oatmeal, coffee and juice and paid under $10 for breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid. There's a microwave for use too so you can heat up leftovers. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

My family stayed two nights at the green bridge inn, and we had a wonderful time. It was an early june, and it was quiet, there are only one or two people in the hotel at the time. There are tables on each floor just outside of the larger rooms.

It was wonderful to sit out there in the morning as the town is very quiet and very relaxing. The front desk staff also runs the store and the liquor store, and the both staff we met working they were very helpful and kind. The store has a sitting area, with games and books that you can use. There's a restaurant just across the street as well.

I would recommend this hotel if you're in the area, as areas also beautiful to explore. They're not a lot of trails right in town, but a short drive away and there are multiple nice hiking trails. If you are going to ski cooper, or even vail, and were staying overnight it would all still be a great place to stay as it is fairly close to both.

Such a cute little mountain town!

We were taking a ski trip to Beaver Creek and this was the only semi affordable option on a holiday weekend.

The hotel is cute and the front desk staff is very helpful. The “lobby” is located in the general store.

The town is off the main path, in the mountains, and if traveling in winter, definitely make sure you have AWD. The hotel has limited lobby hours, but communicates this well so it’s no surprise!

The rooms are cozy and cute. Beds are semi comfortable and the room is generally clean. Shower was great. However, rooms are VERY loud. We could hear both of our neighbors to the left and the right all night long. At midnight, we could hear their entire conversations. And then the upstairs neighbor was throwing stuff around on top of it. It was a problem all three nights, at all hours. Id sound is a problem for you, this hotel may not be for you.

Please also be aware there is no housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights and trash was never picked up, or coffee restocked. Towels were changed after night 2 while we were out, but that was the entire extent of housekeeping. Not a big deal, but good to know if you plan to have any coffee before places open at 8 am.

Customer service was awful, young man at the front desk / store was flatly rude the following morning. You have to purchase anything you want for breakfast. This is not a cheap hotel! But I am being treated like it is a cheap hotel. To have some young man nearly argue with me on the fact my husband even came into the store to purchase, he said he never saw or spoke to my husband and he was the only person working today. He basically called me a liar. Not acceptable. There were not even tea bags in the room. The young man said you have to ask for them. If you want to be treated poorly, argued with, and experience customer service at its worst, stay here. On the bright side, the only restaurant in town, Mangos, has great food, limited menu, but the fish tacos and elk chili were awesome. The Green Bridge Hotel is a disappointment, I appear to be treated at least with kindness and a friendly attitude, which I was not. This young man actually told me I should stay in Vail if I wanted amenities. At the price of this place, I darn near could stay in Vail. Stay in Leadville at the Rodeway Inn, free breakfast, helpful staff, better parking and a microwave in your room! Rodeway Inn is half the price.- it’s a better value for your money and only about 20 miles away in Leadville. It’s hard to be called a lair by some man half your age with a smart mouth & nasty attitude first thing in the morning. My sweet husband went back down to heat out Jimmie Dean sausage , and tea. No apologies offered, but he gave us one free muffin. I don’t recommend this beautiful hotel, just based on the staff’s customer service.

I am grateful when our guests bring to our attention where we miss the mark, and this day was an example of that. I know we have already spoken, and that you received a hand written apology from our associate while on property, but it is important to me that you know that we regret your experience. We hope we were able to make up for it during the remainder of your stay. We truly pride ourselves on the years of positive customer service we offer at the Green Bridge Inn, but I recognize that this was not your experience. We make every effort to learn and grow from this incident, and should you wish to return, I know you will have a better experience. Thank you.

Arrived in DEN at 6:00 pm, got the rental and made the 2 hr. drive from east side of Denver all the way on I-70 until you get off on Leadville exit. Now I-70 can be challenging all year round especially in the winter, but since mud season we cooked along and passed Idaho Springs (You gotta stop) and Minturn has plenty of open restaurants. Well, we were late arrivals into Red Cliff, so Mango's across the street was closed...had made arrangements with hotel for late arrival so snuck in 9:30 had the code for our door room 23, showered and passed out. Since traveling from East coast, woke up early and gazed on the beauty/clear air of Red Cliff and the valley. The Inn is above the general store, and Tyler has the coffee/hot chocolate brewing and we had lite tasty snack before heading to Nova Guides for fly fishing morning. So, if you are tired of the Hiltons, Hyatt's, and Marriotts, check out the Green Bridge Inn. Its quaint, spotless, and retro all the way. Escape the routine plus cell phones dont work well here, its like going back in time. I green light the Green Bridge.

Loved this little inn. The fact that they call you for an estimated arrival time is awesome to ensure you have instructions in case of a late check in. Loved the room and the view. Didn’t get any time to explore the quaint little town as we were on a time crunch but definitely will try to come back. The guy at the front desk was very personable and friendly. (Didn’t get his name sadly) He was super nice while we waited for our vehicle to warm up and gave us better directions to get out of town so as not to drive the intense windy road out again lol. Definitely recommend. Affordable price for the stay and they have great souvenirs down in the general store. Fun experience.

I had a great stay there last week. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was fair. The in-room WiFi was even good, which is never a given in the mountains. I don't know about architectural styles and all that, but the place looks like it was built a long time ago. However, I was a bit confused because its condition appeared to be too good for its age. It looks like an old hotel, but it doesn't have the feel of one. I was surprised to learn that it was only built in 2008. Given that Red Cliff is a small, remote residential community, I don't know what prompted someone to build this nice hotel in a vintage style there, but I'm glad they did. It's a great place.

Having read the reviews before booking my recent stay, I went in with my expectations high. They were met in every sense. They staff is very friendly. The lobby is well appointed. The attached liquor store is well stocked with mainstream and high end beverages. The rooms were exceedingly comfortable. The linens were upgrades from what most places use. The bathroom is nicely tiled and with a very nice shower almost spa like.
They even have cute outside trash cans. I look forward to staying there again. You too can book with confidence.

The cancellation policy is reason enough to not recommend. They require one full week, or they charge the entire amount. No exceptions. I could see it if that cost them a booking, but even when there are plenty of rooms available, you lose.
