Clean, comfortable room with a view of mountains. It's roughly comparable to a good La Quinta, not quite as nice as a Marriott or Hilton "Garden Inn." We stayed here to visit the Dinosaur Monument National Park--I think it's probably the nicest hotel in a 1-hour radius of the park. It's about 45 minutes away from the park, but still probably the most reliable option (very nearly the only option, for that matter). Would happily stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Hotel is clean and the room was a pretty good size to fit the two of us, our toddler, and our dog. Nice little dog walking area and friendly service. I recommend to bring your own coffee, but the coffee pot does have a reusable filter. There aren’t many restaurants around but we weren’t there to eat, we were there to visit dinosaur and to enjoy the quiet and beautiful atmosphere. The local pub has a bit of everything on the menu so you won’t go hungry and there is a market directly next to the hotel for necessities. Everyone in town is friendly and The drive in from Moab was absolutely breathtaking. Many outdoorsy things to do, culture sights, mountains, a lake and a gorgeous park and playground were located just a short walk away.

My stay started with a pleasant and quick check in, and I found coffee and tea welcoming me with everything I might need. My room was clean, neat and comfortable. It was easy to change the climate control, and there was a good selection of tv channels, and the wifi worked. The hotel was fully booked, but I barely heard anyone else all night. In the morning the continental breakfast had a selection of cereals, milk, yogurt, pastries, coffee, tea, juice and breakfast burritos ready to heat. I will probably end up staying here again and I look forward to it.

Very clean and well maintained facility. Staff was outstanding (especially Lacey who had a great sense of humor). We were on a motorcycle trip and they let us park our bikes next to the front entrance which is always a big plus!
Nice quiet little town and a nice property.
Stay away from the local Mexican restaurant!

Government and the AARP rates should not be automatically applied when booking a room through their website. Came to town for a larping event with a budget and when we checked in, what we thought would be around 377 turned out to be over 430.
When asked, the man at the counter said we weren't government employees and the rate would have been that if we were. When I explained I never checked that box, he told me it's automatically checked so apparently if you're not paying extra close attention, you get fed false information on room rates. Only fix he had was to give us a cheaper room. He also mentioned there should have been an email and there absolutely was not. Even the original email with the booking information did not say anything about it being a special rate.

The room itself is nice. We enjoyed it the last time we visited Rangely. The metal hanger on the back of the bathroom door is not screwed on properly and turns if you hang anything on it and the bathtub faucet does move like it wants to pop off when you switch on the shower. Also, either the air conditioner on the wall is falling off or the plate that covers it was never properly placed on it all the way. The digital screen that shows the temperature was also broken so I was never sure what the temp actually was. Otherwise, we enjoy the breakfast. The pool was also down and I did not see a hot tub.

For the extra we paid due to a box automatically being checked and the fact we had no pool or hot tub, I don't think I'd go out of my way to stay here when there are closer options near the camp site.

We spent the night here after visiting friends and Dinosaur Nat'l Monument. The room was clean but out-dated. The TV had an analog tube tv that made it difficult to read the channel offerings as the signal was digital. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. There is no elevator if you want to stay on the second floor.
The hot breakfast was left to our devises with microwave breakfast burritos of cold pre-made egg / sausage sandwiches. Overall, this is still the best place to stay in Rangley.

We stayed 4 days at this location and it was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were nicely appointed and spotless. The location is close to Dinosaur National Monument and a lot of great hiking and riding locations. Great place to stay.

Very nice. We stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Our pets were welcome too. I highly recommend this for a great place to stay. Breakfast and indoor pool were nice too! The young man at the front desk was very professional and made us feel welcome.

Average motel. Bed sheets did not fit well. Found a couple of small bugs in room. Breakfast typical, not to my taste, but included microwave breakfast sandwiches, motel waffles, cereal, packaged pastries, and yogurt.

On the positive side, wifi worked well, air conditioner worked well but a bit noisy, and lots of tv channels to choose from. Not much choice in places to stay in this area but comfortable enough for a night or two.

One of the nicest places we've ever spent the night at. The manager handled our reservation over the phone and was very accommodating. Nice large room and bathroom. Very clean. Smooth check-in/out and so quiet you could hear a pin drop! Would certainly stay here again!
