Wow. Where to start. What an amazing holiday we have just come home from. If you are hovering over the ‘click to book’ button just do it. Now. This hotel has it all. Incredible staff, we were treated like royalty by the efficient, intuitive and charming Angelo and Katerina. They were just superb. Faultless and always such a joy to see. My kids loved them. The food was very good, catering for everyone is hard but here they do it and they do it well. If you complain about the food here it says more about you than the hotel. All the service staff were brilliant!! The level of cleanliness was absolutely 5 star! We had an amazing chamber maid, I believe her name was Poulis or similar, I am sorry, my dyslexic brain just doesn’t seem to retain Greek....the amount of times I asked for help to say thank you in Greek and I just couldn’t retain it. Something I promise to work on before our next visit! Which will be as soon as we can!! The kids clubs-both the 0-2 and Bamse, were superb, my 13 month old flourished under their watchful and attentive care and my 3 year old was in heaven with lovely Leonie, Karen and their team. I am so sorry I can’t remember the ladies names in the baby club, very bad of me as they were fantastic. Margot loves them!! Felix has asked to go to ‘his club’ everyday since. We also came home with some beautiful treasures that they made in their respective clubs. Beautiful The facilities are exactly what you need for a family break, plenty of clean, warm pools all with lifeguards. A shaded baby pool and the fab boat and slides for older kids. As well as numerous other facilities which you don’t use with a 1&3 year old... The shops are lovely and provide everything that you will need or want, there is a premium on price but it is understandable. They stock all the baby essentials like nappies, wipes, baby food (although there was hot homemade purée on offer at the kids dining station) dummies, formula etc so don’t worry if you realise on the plane that you have forgotten something, they probably have it. As well as snacks, beauty products, local crafts, toys, inflatables and much more. The boutique shop looked beautiful too but it was always closed when we went by. The activities seemed well received by those that took part I didn’t manage any, despite thinking ‘I’ll do body balance every morning’ I was waylaid by the yummy breakfast and as for the rest of the day I was mostly enjoying the tranquility of the resort. Despite being almost full it felt so spacious and private and after a few delicious Tom Collins’ all plans got replaced with R’n’R!! Perfect. The location is ideal, just under an hour bus transfer, the airport is small so is reasonably easy to get through. As for being right on a beautiful beach, wow. The beautiful Aegean Sea. Not only that but the hotel provides sun beds and umbrellas and of course as it is 5 star, table service. You can also hire Bedouin style beds and I believe eat a romantic candlelit dinner on the beach. There are also water sports on offer which looked awesome but I refer you to my previous comments re : Tom Collins and R’n’R They also show great care to their local environment, they conduct monthly beach cleans and have a great number of nesting migratory bird which we were so lucky to watch ruminate. It was beautiful. The gardens are beautiful and watered with recycled water and maintained faultlessly. They also have Photovoltaic panels across the roof of the main building. The environment and their impact and in turn ours clearly matters to them which I love. They are also working towards using less plastic. This hotel is absolutely 5 star I would visit again in a heartbeat. I have never felt this strongly about a hotel and the staff. I have signed up to tripadvisor with the sole intention of praising them for giving us such a fantastic experience. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved in our stay. I know I only met the tip of the iceberg staff wise and so much must go on behind the scenes to operate this wonderfully. Thank you all so much. What you do matters and makes such a difference so please keep up the good work. Thank you, you should all be very proud. The only thing that could be and in my opinion should be improved upon is that there are lots of tip jars dotted around but they don’t specify who they are for and if you ask you may be given a different answer from what you expect. I think all members of service staff deserve to share all the tips. They are a sign of appreciation from customers for great service and should not be used to make up staff wages or for anything else. So if like us you receive great service tip directly as well as into the jars. This is a subject close to my heart as I work in Service and I know how hard it is. You deserve your tips! We will be back and we can’t wait. Thank you again for everything.

There was a lot to love about this hotel, it was stunning and completely spotless. The grounds were large, with pools dotted all over the place. They are cold, but TUI website states this so I don't see how people can complain. The food was very hit and miss in the main restaurant but there was always plenty to choose from, the downside was it was more often cold then hot. You often see these hotels were people fight for sunbeds well that's not the case here which is great, instead it's a fight for a highchair at 6.30pm when the doors open. Knowing its a family hotel they do not have enough, something that can and should be easily resolved. The other two restaurants (Greek and bbq) were great, really, really nice food. There was also a snack bar that served waffles, crepes, toasties, ice cream etc. The hotel was on the beach front, with lots of sunbeds and private loungers for hire. The location of the hotel was to put in Frank in the absolute middle of nowhere! So if you don't like being stuck somewhere and want to venture out, this is the wrong hotel for you. We hired a car one day for €60 and went exploring, roads are quiet and easy to get around to see different villages. Definitely recommend visiting Afytos, stunning! Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made the effort to talk to our 2year old daughter, especially the male host of the main restaurant. However we only ever saw TUI staff when they were having lunch, they never seemed to speak to anyone. Kids entertainment for us started too late, it was good, but during the start of the season, because its cooler, they have it indoors and if you're not there for 7pm (for 7.30pm video of paw patrol) you never get a seat as it caters for a fraction of the huge amount of guests they can host, which was a shame. Overall this hotel is gorgeous, clean, great staff, good food but poor location.

I would say the hotel is a 5 star but the food is 2 star unfortunately. Staff are lovely but when it comes to the food I like mine hot not Luke warm. I am a cook and if I served up warm food I would be sacked. Rooms are nice and spacious, nice bathrooms with a separate shower and bath. I wouldn't personally go back here even if they improved the food it is so remote not even a bus service to get anywhere, you have to go on trips. We were part of a wedding venue and the bride and groom got married at 5pm and the hotel wouldn't extend the venue past 10 o'clock because that's what time that bar shuts down every night, so we had to move up to the main part of the hotel with all the other guests which became very impersonal and there was 60 plus of us making a fair amount of noise. It was a lovely wedding but we would of been better off being left where we were instead of annoying other people.

We have just returned from an amazing 11 nights at this spotlessly clean hotel. We were a family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children). The restaurant staff in all 3 of the restaurants worked so hard. They always managed to accommodate all 12 of us at mealtimes. The food was really nice, I've no idea how people can complain about the food. There was so much to choose from and between the 8 of us we never had a complaint regards the food. Little niggle was the guys had to wear long trousers in the buffet restaurant and some evenings it was still about 27 degrees. Also cocktails seemed very watered down. Snack bar too served the most amazing crepes and toasties, well worth a visit. Waiter service around the pool was a lovely touch and again the staff all worked so hard. There was a number of pools to choose from, main pool, kids pool with slides, baby pool and lots of swim up pools dotted around the hotel if you prefer something a little quieter. The beach was lovely, and the sea was so clear it was like getting into a warm bath. After the storm on our 4th night the beach cabanas were all damaged but within a matter of days these had been replaced and we spent a day down the beach in a cabana, waiter service and a fruit platter included €25 for the day. My husband and daughter went parasailing and had a fantastic time the guys who ran the water sports were very friendly, we would highly recommend this. If you want a little change of scenery for a couple of hours we found a lovely beach bar about 10-15 mins walk away. Head to the beach and turn right along the road and you'll come across it, we had a couple of drinks here listening to some nice chilled music. We were in room 3053 which overlooked the pool by the snack bar and it was lovely and peaceful. We had bunk beds for our 2 girls and a separate bedroom for us. The whole room was really spacious. Kettle and fridge in the room too. Evening entertainment was absolutely brilliant by the TUI Reps, again they worked so hard and put on really professional shows from a Pirate show to an Abba tribute which was fantastic. Special mention to Sophie and Harry they were exceptional. Mosquitos....I was really concerned about this as my daughter has a reaction to them. However it wasn't as bad as I thought after reading other reviews. Yes we had a few bites but it was no worse as any other holiday resort we've been to. Just take all the usual precautions and make sure you spray yourself with repellents. We all really loved this hotel and would highly recommend it. I know you can't please everyone but I would really find it hard to find something to complain about.

Returned from a week long trip with my husband and 4 year old daughter and could not recommend this hotel more for a relaxing family break. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and the whole complex is spotless. There is so much lovely space, many pools to choose from and the beach on your doorstep. Choice of the main restaurant and two others meant we never went hungry, plenty of variety and good fresh produce. Particularly recommend the Green & Grill for lunch, al fresco setting was truly a treat for a cooling glass of wine in the shade. We would return - but for longer than a week!
