This hotel is in the tourist area of Limassol, you can get a number 30 bus to the old port/town (New Marina) for 1.50 euro. (that is the price any amount of stops) . Yes, the hotel is a little tired looking but it has everything you need. The studio we were in had AC, Wifi, TV, Safe, all working fine. The AC & Safe you pay a small extra charge for. The Bed & pillows are clean and very comfy. The sheets and towel's are white & clean, we had some new fluffy ones. The shower, although over a bath is great and has a strong water pressure. The cutlery, pots and pans were all OK, although you need a tin opener & most importantly a cork screw! (The fridge does need updating, although worked fine). We had a small balcony with a table and chairs. The pool was a nice size, clean and plenty of sun beds, as everyone goes across the road to Dasoudi beach. All in all, everything you expect from a Budget hotel. Unfortunately, the bar was closed and not sure when it is re-opening. But there are plenty of places to eat and drink in either direction along the main road, only a few minutes from the hotel, or walk towards the old town (about 10 Mins) to (we recommend) the Cabin or Saint Maria restaurant, or jump on a bus in the opposite direction to Big G's towards Amathus area. There is a nice little shop across the side road for water/milk etc & a bakery up the road....The reception staff, are all lovely, helpful and friendly, sorry, I don't remember how to spell your names, see you next time.

We could see from the photographs on Jet2 holidays hat the hotel needed updating but what we didn’t appreciate was he fact there had been no maintenance done for many years! When we walked in the room I could have cried. The air conditioning and internet in our room didn’t work, both of which we had to pay extra for! The kitchen area was absolutely filthy, the fridge should have been condemned, the dining chair seats were filthy and the varnish on the dining table was peeling and sticky. The dressing table top was cracked and dirty. The bathroom was no better. The shower curtain was filthy, there were holes in the towels which had actually come from another hotel. The bath had been painted (badly) and it was so rough it was like standing on sandpaper! The plaster in the rooms were crumbling and the woodwork was rotten. All-in-all, this hotel had not had any maintenance done for many years! The continental breakfast consisted of one slice of the cheapest ham you could buy, a slice of plastic cheese, a piece of tomato, a boiled egg and some toast which had only seen the toaster! We complained to the Jet2 representative who was useless. He told us we could move to another hotel but it would cost us more, and also it wasn’t self catering which is what we had booked, or we could change rooms which is what we did, but this was no better. This was supposed to be a 3* Hotel, which we know isn’t the best, but Cyprus Tourist Board have not unclassified it! Fortunately we were able to stay with family and friends for a few days, although they are in Nicosia and the reason we weren’t staying with them in the first place was we wanted to be by the coast. Needless to say, we are still in dispute with Jet2. Once they have your money they are not interested. The photographs say it all!

The hotel is a bit far from the centre but in Limassol you can easily take a bus and go everywhere. They have nice little balconies where you can enjoy the view. The staff is really helpful in everything.Yes hotel is older, but is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Big thank you to Susan and Michelle our lovely staff.

Old, dirty, unpleasant hotel. We had to have a studio for 3 adults, we got a room with 2 beds + 1 cot. We are 51, 54 and 27 years old - who is not an adult to sleep on such a bed? No shampoo, hair conditioner no, hair dryer had to give me at the reception - they did not find. Paid Internet. We travel a lot, but we have never been to such a bad hotel.
