Lovely hotel, amazing staff, all are friendly and very helpful. Some of the staff that provided outstanding service were Rafael, Paulina and Eviona. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Found the food excellent with different choices each day. The Hotel is more suited for Adults than kids, we travelled with a young baby, the hotel and staff were very accommodating to us.

We had a wonderful time at the Royal Apollonia, hotel very clean, organized and staff very friendly & helpful. My wife fell ill with a chest infection and had to go to hospital, the hotel was very helpful and in addition the next day we received a complementary "get well" fruit dish with a lovely letter. 10/10 for this hotel & staff.

We have just returned from our 7th stay at the Royal Apollonia Hotel. The staff are amazing from arrival to leaving. The ambience of the hotel could not be faulted - from the rooms to the restaurant. We stayed in a sea view room with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea on an all inclusive package. The room was immaculate and cleaned every day and also well stocked with coffee/tea etc. including a bottle of water. The food in the restaurant is superb with choices to cater for all needs with a menu that changes daily. Rafael in the restaurant is excellent remembering your room number and what you like to drink within your first day. Other staff in the restaurant are Costos and George not forgetting Yianthoulla and some of the the younger members. The staff in the bar area are also very friendly particularly Maria, Vangellis and Altek. Our thanks must also go to the Manager and Paulina who is always smiling, in spite of her very challenging role, and if you have any problems or questions they are answered immediately. We would not consider choosing another hotel in Limassol and are looking forward to our next visit in 2023 and seeing the new changes in the decor etc.. Thank you once again to all the staff at the Royal Apollonia for an amazing stay.

Myself and hubby have just returned home after spending 2 lovely weeks at the royal appolonia hotel, it’s our first visit back since 2019, before Covid struck so we where very excited and happy to be going back again :) Food is lovely, different cuisine nights every night, there’s something for everyone, whether your a fussy eater or a experiment eater, you won’t be disappointed Some of the Entertainment could do with changing, as it’s the same singers and same songs, but apart from that everything is good Staff are brilliant especially the young pool bar staff, very friendly and helpful But I do think It should be adults only hotel, nothing for children to do The childrens pool area is a white elephant as any children who stay at the hotel use the shallow pool anyway So all I can say is roll on Next year for a return visit

What makes a great holiday - The Royal Apollonian! The Royal Apollonian is a truly wonderful experience. We were greeted at reception by a very professional young chap- check-in was straightforward and we were given a brief overview of the hotel. Our room was seaview, on the sixth floor(top floor). The room was a good size and had a substantial amount of drawers and hanging space, more than enough for our 10 night stay. Everything in the room had been cleaned to a high standard which was maintained throughout our stay. Tea/ coffee replenished every day and complementary bottle of water provided daily. The bathroom was a decent size again with good storage for toiletries/cosmetics. Our bathroom had a shower over the bath which worked for us however some guests may have struggled and should request a walk in shower. The staff were wonderful, always greeted the guests with a welcoming smile. the dining room staff were first class. Under the watchful eye of George and Yianoulla the younger members were trained to a high standard, attentive but not intrusive. The choice of food was excellent with local and worldwide options always available. The hotel has a large number of comfortable sunbeds around the pools, under the gazebo and on the private beach. We used the local bus service to travel to Limassol town, a journey of about 25 minutes. All journeys cost one euro fifty. The intercity bus costs seven euros return if you wished to travel to Paphos. There are good walks along the beach in both directions. Lilia, Guest Relations Manager, deserves special mention. She is an absolute professional. Thank you to all the staff at Royal Apoloonia for a wonderful stay.

Just returned from a weeks package holiday purchased through TUI and I have to say we had an amazing time at this hotel. We had a sea view twin room which was amazing. The beds were pushed together for me and my boyfriend and we’re so large we could sleep without rolling into each other. They had a mattress protector on top so you didn’t fall inbetween the 2 beds. The bathroom included lots of amenities which were constantly updated throughout the week. We were all inclusive which meant all meals and drinks were included. Be aware though there are some top line spirits and drinks which aren’t included. The hotel had an app you could download, order drinks to your sunbed, review restaurants, spa information and entertainment. Only feedback for the app is when ordering drinks to your sunbed it is reliant on staff serving from the pool bar having time and capacity to complete that order, perhaps a staff member just focusing on sunbed orders would help. The hotel seemed quiet for the time of the year which meant sunbeds by the pool were easy to get throughout the day with towels being provided every day. Buffet restaurant has a variety of different food options all seemed to be fresh and renewed regularly. As part of our package we also got to use the Japanese restaurant which was a set menu which had lots of good choices. Location was 10 min taxi or bus ride to Limassol old town or could stay local and walk either way out of the hotel to find lots of restaurants and bars. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for families, although there was a small kids area, there isn’t any other entertainment and the main pool doesn’t allow inflatables or balls. Very much seemed like an adult couples resort. Beach is very small but very accessible from the pool if you just wanted a dip in the sea. I wish I’d got the names of some of the staff that made our trip very special as they were all so attentive and accommodating- working in pool bar and buffet restaurant Overall we would def return to this hotel!

My friend and I chose this hotel carefully and it totally delivered . We had half board as we didn’t need lunch too . All the food is delicious & varied made by skilled chefs. We didn’t get bored , there’s something for everyone. The drinks were delicious with a lovely cocktail selection. Wine is good too. The rooms are comfortable - we had a twin room overlooking the road facing west, the balcony was warm before breakfast but shady collecting the sunset rays. There is a little road noise on a Friday and Saturday night but the patio doors keep out most , didn’t disturb us particularly. Having a sea view didn’t bother us as we’re looking at it all day and the Troodos mountain view was lovely. The beds and sun beds are comfortable, the beach is literally below the pool with no tides, warm enough to swim dawn to dusk. Being here in September there are few children, it’s not fully occupied and we found it restful and luxurious. The bus for Limassol old town and marina is directly outside only €1.5 each way, ( drinks at the hotel and locally are comparable at €7-9 cocktail ). The trips through the Ascot agency were easy to book with great care that any nationality can understand the details and feel included. On the final day it’s possible to stow your luggage at reception, swim & then shower indoors near the pool, returning your beach towels is possible until 830pm ( if you have a late flight ) Everyone we spoke with was as happy as us. We met lovely guests from Lebanon, Britain & France. Those of us who wishes too watched the Queens funeral in the bar. Quality is evident in the whole decor , food and service with a friendly smile. Really recommend this hotel. Every member of staff in every capacity made our stay the best.

We had such a gorgeous time. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so so kind and helpful. We were sold one room for four people (2 adults and 2 teens) and the room was tiny , it was a struggle all week and I couldn’t unpack as there was no room. The sofa bed was insanely uncomfortable and we had to soften it with pillows. Not fair for a teen. The bathroom was clean but run down and no way near 5*. The room should’ve been double the size for the family of four, especially when one of my teens is charged at adult price for dinner, but treated like a child for the room. The lifeguard is very rude to children and doesn’t approach the parents with her worries. The pool bar alcohol isn’t strong at all, I couldn’t taste the alcohol once during the holiday and the cola is flat. The poolside service is brilliant. Staff really are brilliant. The reception and food service team couldn’t get any better 10/10!! The location is not great. The sea view is exceptional but the location of the hotel is very boring and run down. There is nothing to do, you have to get a taxi to the Marina. The street is so loud and busy and the cars and motorcycles race up and down all night with loud engines and it kept me awake every night of the holiday sadly. Our kids had fun with us as we are a family that enjoys being together but there is nothing for them to do. No entertainment day or night, not even a pool table to pass an hour in the evening. The pool is strictly no inflatables or ball games. The food was beautiful but smaller than other 5*. Very well presented and cooked though. I feel really conflicted with this holiday. The staff are exceptional, the hotel is beautiful but I think it should be sold as adult only.

Firstly, would like to start off by saying how professional and friendly rafael is! He made our dining experience 5star, his attention detail is incredible. So thank you to you Rafael. The hotel itself is very clean, with the rooms being cleaned daily, ane good quality food. I would however recommend being all inclusive, as there’s not many places to go outside of the hotel. The drink packages being all inclusive is also very good, and the pool bar staff are very nice too. If you’re after a relaxing holiday, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
