We loved staying here. Grounds were very well kept and all of the facilities were very clean. We will ask for the river side of the campgrounds next time. We got caught in Pagosa not realizing it was Labor Day Weekend. Fortunately there were a couple of spots available. Nice level parking, the shower facilities were immaculate, and overall we... More

We spent 8 days in the San Juan cabin. It was just right for the two of us. The fellow campers were great, made some new friends. Enjoyed the park and Nancy's cat blackjack was a sweetheart. Great place, good people and a wonderful trip.

After getting caught in a thunderstorm I was looking for a place to stay. They require a two night minimum in their cabins which was more than I needed. Anyway, she wen the extra mile to call another place to see if they accepted pets, had a vacancy and the price. It was greatly appreciated and made me want to... More

Great campground close to town. We have stayed at several campgrounds in the area for the last five 4th of July holidays and this is absolutely my new favorite. Clean and quiet. We had a gas leak on our propane stove and Nancy(the owner of the campground)and her husband quickly had it fixed at no charge, the friendliest and handiest... More

Nice park, too close to road, very clickish atmosphere, well maintained, not children friendly, river access dangerous, should have all 50amp sites,no park activities, owner/manager needs a despedate course in people skills and communication.

We had a very nice stay at this campground. There are four RV spots in the back of the campground right above the river that have more privacy than the rest. The campground has clean, private bathrooms with hot showers. There are even washers and dryers on the grounds to do your laundry without going to town. Beautiful location. You... More

I would have given 5 *'s if not for the noisy highway right next to the campground. It is well maintained, great clean private bathrooms with hot showers and flush toilets. Good location near town and the river. Really other than the noise one of the nicer campgrounds you'll find.

This is quaint little spot in a gem of an area. Beautiful scenery, clean campground, excellent service and cute cabins. Only 17 miles from Wolf Creek and very close to town. Loved having the river right outside my door...I am planning another trip in the summer..
