Everything was wonderful. They even had snow for us to enjoy as we soaked. Especially enjoy the quieter section for the adults but all the pools were great. It was interesting watching them take a tub out of service for cleaning.

I expected a better room for the cost. The room stayed hot most of the time and when you ran your air conditioner it was loud and noisy. I loved the actually springs and the employees were always helpful and polite.

What an awesome trip! The spa and hot springs were amazing! Check in was easy and any additional needs and or wants were all accommodated for. I was finally able to relax. A great getaway! All around it was a true vacation.

This is a wonderful place to relax and have fun with loved ones and friends. I will be back again and again, and I'm sure each stay will be enjoyable. The staff, rooms, and especially pools are great.

Either way. The towels/robe came with the room so I don't know what they charge separately. It was sure nice to be able to trade wet robes/towel for dry one. Have fun!

We were there over Thanksgiving, so the traffic may not have been normal. We found early morning and later in the evening to be best. Also, less children later in the evening.
