A family run business that goes the extra mile to be sure you have a comfortable stay. The owners are very knowledgeable of what is going on in town, always having an idea for adventure. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area is immaculate and the food good. There is the option to...

Stayed in this older budget motel for 1 night. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was very good. Like I said the motel was dated but was a value and the owners made you feel very welcome. I would return to this hotel when I am in this town.

We accidentally stumbled upon this cute little inn and decided to see if they were pet friendly. We were planning on camping but after looking at the weather for the night, there were some serious thunderstorms in the area. We were so happy to find out that the Alpine Inn is pet friendly and they had a room for us...

This inn is halfway between "old" Pagosa and "new" Pagosa springs. Very good value indeed with very helpful owners who gave us the best advice on the town's hot springs you could ask for. Interested owners who clearly cared. Room was fine. Breakfast was also nice, a refreshing change being offered ceramic dishes for breakfast rather than plastic. A nice...

Great place to stay with very reasonable prices. John is friendly and helpful inn keeper. We had a large room with a couch and jacuzzi. The room was comfortable and clean. There is also a very adequate continental breakfast included.

Small Fridge & Microwave. Small dining table with 2 chairs and an armchair. Convenient, a little further out (east) than in town but only about a 5...

The rooms are extremely clean and in great shape. My only concern " John" at the front desk must have got up on the wrong side of the bed on the morning My wife and I were checking out. John felt as if he needed to scold his guest . The young fellow that checked us in is a great...
