My family was traveling thru Pagosa Springs and happened upon Motel SoCo thru a referral from a local. The two room, room was perfect for my family of 4. Very clean! Comfy queen size bed and nice sturdy bunk beds! Food truck was yummy. Bar was filled with cool people. In the yard we hung out with our dog, threw hatchets, played in the hammock, tossed horse shoes and relaxed after 6 hours in the car. The next day we hit the down town hot springs after a bite and good coffee at Motel SoCo. Great for kids, dogs, and adults!

Very eclectic stop in Pagoda. Warm greetings and full disclosure about their differences with chains (no tv). Fine stay and excellent breakfast. Did not use most of amenities available in room. Will stay here next trip. Downside:traffic noise.

Absolutely beautiful weekend at Motel Soco. Perfect weather and a great property. The bed was actually very firm and comfortable (huge deal for me). Simple but clean. Staff was terrific. Brad and Karen were especially helpful with our checkout process! Can’t wait to come back. Would definitely stay here again.

We found this clean, lovely inexpensive place by chance. Mary the receptionist was super friendly, helpful and real. We stayed in room 6, amazing! SOCO Motel is located on the road into town, 5 min. by car to the hot springs with great views. It is the coolest place, completely renovated in a style that is just overflowing with good taste. The vanity with honey varnished polished wood and a black back wall with ultra modern sconces that feature vintage light bulbs inspired me for our home rennovation. The bed is very comfortable, the shower ultra modern with grey big tiles and granite ledges. There is a cool food truck on property and the bar lounge area is lovely to hang out in. There was live music on a stage in the backyard until 6pm for Octoberfest, a wonderfully juicy band played, while guests enjoyed. We will come back here for sure! We want to try to come when there is snow for cross country skiing. It is truly a place with a soul.

Nice to not be bombarded with collateral information. Unit has been nicely updated - wood flooring / wood trim. Also great to not have a TV / hear other TVs close by (provides “off TV grid” w/ great wireless connection! Laugh = good vibes of property)
