We love Ouray and had planned on staying at the Hot Springs Inn which we really like. Had to change the day of arrival at the last minute and they had no availability. Unfortunately, there was a race planned for Sat. From Ouray to Telluride the next morning so every room in town was booked. We got the last one...

It's heartbreaking for me to hear this kind of feedback, and I sincerely apologize this was part of your experience. This is not feedback we are used to receiving, and I assure you we'll be looking into it immediately. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and I hope you'll give us another chance to show you why so many...

We met relatives here for an impromptu getaway. My father in law said I'd love this place and he was totally right! When we arrived, they had just had a huge storm, the power was out and they said they had no idea when it would be back. You'd have to understand where Ouray is located to understand that this...

I'm so happy we got to host your getaway, Deborah! It makes my day to hear how much you enjoyed the hot tubs, despite the power outage. You really can't beat a good soak while the snow is falling, huh? I hope we'll have the pleasure of seeing you again! You should visit in the summer, I think you'd love...

Ouray is a lovely tucked-away place, still not quite overwhelmed by Colorado crowds like Aspen, Telluride, Vail, etc., and carefully kept in old mining-era style. This lodge keeps with the legitimately rustic character, the staff are honestly friendly and helpful, and not the mass-production corporate types. It's a lovely little walk to the "downtown" central blocks, in a town surrounded...

From the minute we walked into the lobby we were greeted with very friendly people. They were made all the efforts to accommodate our request. The room was very nice and comfortable. Everything worked. The springs were a great escape after hiking all day. The breakfast was an issue. They offered coffee in the room and in the lobby with...

This hotel is definitely nothing fancy (nothing in Ouray really is), but it's clean, well kept, and the hot tubs are an amazing amenity for just about any type of big day in the mountains. Easy to walk to anywhere in town or even to the Ice Park.

What a fun little town! This location is just on the outskirts of the small town - easy walk to the main street and easy access to the perimeter hike of the town and the falls. The check-in was friendly; room small, but comfortable; hot tubs blissful after a day of hiking. They offer basic pre-packaged pastries, coffee and cans...

We came to Ouray for two days, but decided to stay for for three nights since this was such a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The hot spring tubs are wonderful and therapeutic. We will definitively return.

Clean basic rooms within walking distance to all of Ouray. Box Canyon is right behind the hotel you can either walk up or take a short drive. The hot spring tubs 5 that are on property were amazing the natural water rejuvenates your skin. The hotel offers a coupon for breakfast in town.

This motel was wonderful. It's very charming and feels like stepping back in time in a good way. The beds were comfortable and slept well, the bedding and room had been updated recently.
